A Journey That Changed The World.

Chapter 322 Siblings

Soon the group passed through the city gates and Lioran led them to an expensive-looking restaurant that they entered.

Archer noticed that there werenʼt many people there and only about five people in total. An older man stepped forward and guided the group to a large table in the corner.

When they reached the table, Archer sat down and Halime sat next to him, causing the rest of the two girls to look at her with jealousy.

But Talila explained her situation and they all rolled their eyes as Leira mumbled as she took the other seat next to him. ʼʼPlayboy dragon.ʼʼ

He looked at her with his piercing violet eyes but he wasnʼt done there he leaned forward and bit her ear causing her to let out a moan.

Leira covered her mouth but it was too late and everyone looked at her. Nala grinned as the other two lion girls just looked at her.

That was when Nala suddenly asked Archer a question. ʼʼWhen can we fight dragon?ʼʼ

He was shocked but shook his head with a grin of his own. ʼʼSoon.ʼʼ

Nalaʼs smile grew bigger and excitement could be seen in her eyes. When Lioren saw this he shook his head as he commented. ʼʼNo fighting just yet Nala. The year has only started, you two have enough time.ʼʼ

Archer nodded his head as his tail swayed in excitement. Thatʼs when the member of staff started taking Lioran, Nalaʼs, and the other two girlʼs orders before he turned to Archer and the girls.

The girls gave him their orders before he turned to Archer. He looked at the man. ʼʼGive me two of everything.ʼʼ

When the waiter heard this his eyes opened wide but nodded and rushed off to sort the very large order out.

That was when Lioranʼs fiance Leonora asked Leira a question. ʼʼPrincess. So are you the same as these other girls and engaged to Archer?ʼʼ

Leira nodded her head with a small smile and replied. ʼʼYeah, but we are taking things slow at first.ʼʼ

The lion girl nodded as Halime asked a question herself. ʼʼHow long have you girls been with him?ʼʼ

Hemera answered. ʼʼItʼs been just over a year since we met and Hecate is a bit shorter but the others were there before me.ʼʼ

As she finished Sera spoke up in a proud voice. ʼʼIʼve been with him since he was thirteen.ʼʼ

Halime looked at the redhead with curiosity in her eyes and inquired. ʼʼHow? You look young as it is.ʼʼ

Sera narrowed her eyes and snapped back in annoyance. ʼʼIʼm nineteen thank you.ʼʼ

When the snake girl saw that the redhead was annoyed she spoke. ʼʼSorry if I offended you. I was just curious.ʼʼ

Before Sera could reply Hemera spoke up. ʼʼMe and Hecate are the second and third oldest but before us is his aunt Sia Silvthrone.ʼʼ

As she finished speaking Nala and Lioran interrupted as they spoke at the same time. ʼʼSilverthrone?ʼʼ

Hemera nodded. That was when Nala asked a question. ʼʼYou mean the Dawnbreaker general? The one who is in the south fighting the Misthaven Kingdom?ʼʼ

It was Archer who replied without a care in the world. ʼʼYes, she is my Motherʼs older sister. We are engaged and the emperor blessed it.ʼʼ

Nalaʼs eyes narrowed and Lioranʼs eyes widened, he shook his head and spoke. ʼʼYou will be marrying your aunt?ʼʼ

Archer smiled and gave her a nod which caused the other two lion girls to make disgusting faces.

Thatʼs when his eyes narrowed at them and spoke. ʼʼYou can make whatever faces you like. The opinion of cats doesnʼt bother me. But as a dragon, blood means nothing to me. I was once half human but now that is gone along with the human taboos and such.ʼʼ

Everyone stopped talking as they listened to him speak but that was when another group entered the restaurant.

Two girls and a boy in particular stopped walking and looked at Archer with wide eyes while the rest of the group continued to another table.

Thatʼs when he heard Ellaʼs voice. ʼʼArch. Two of your sisters and brother have walked in, but they ainʼt the ones who gave you trouble.ʼʼ

He looked over at the three people who were staring at him. Archer stood up and approached them.

As he walked he searched his memories for their names and they came to him.

ʼKeia, Kestria, and Ryn Ashguard.ʼ Archer thought to himself.

Archer examined the two girls. They look like twins but Keia has yellow eyes like her Mother Ksara and brown hair like their father.

Kestria had brown hair and green eyes just like Leonard. Archerʼs eyes looked at Ryn who was his blood brother. They shared the same Mother.

He came to a stop in front of the three who were a little shorter than he was. Archer smiled as he greeted his siblings. ʼʼSisters and brother. How have you been?ʼʼ

The two human girls and dragon-kin boy just stared at him as he spoke. Kestria stepped forward and asked in a quiet voice. ʼʼDo you not hate us, brother?ʼʼ

Archer looked at the cute girl and gave her a smile which caught her off guard as he replied. ʼʼNo, I donʼt hate you three. Youʼs never mistreated me but that was in the past.ʼʼ

He motioned to an empty table and they all sat there. As Archer was about to talk Ella appeared and sat next to him.

Archer looked at her and shrugged before he spoke to his sisters. ʼʼYou two have bloomed and become beautiful flowers. Iʼm happy you didnʼt have to endure what I did.ʼʼ

That was when Ryn finally spoke up. ʼʼBig brother why donʼt you hate us? Donʼt you hate the whole Ashguard family?ʼʼ

He looked at the boy who resembled his Mother and shook his head. ʼʼBecause if I wasted my time hating our family then I would be wasting my life when I have nine beautiful fiances and Iʼm sure it wonʼt stop there.ʼʼ

As he finished speaking a voice was heard from behind them. ʼʼYou are probably right. After all, youʼre a lust-filled dragon.ʼʼ

Everyone turned to see Nefertiti standing there looking at the group. She smiled at Archer and sat down on the other side of him.

She eyed the two pretty humans in front of her and spoke in a teasing tone. ʼʼOh is my husband trying to claim his two sisters? They look like two angels who will be corrupted if you lay your claws on them.ʼʼ

[Kestria POV]

When she heard her brotherʼs fiance speak she felt her cheeks go red, Kestria looked down and couldnʼt look at her brother.

But after calming down she lifted up her head and looked at him.

Archerʼs face was a masterpiece of masculine beauty, a symphony of features that came together to create an undeniably handsome visage.

With a strong, square jawline that seeped confidence, his face seemed chiseled by the gods themselves.

His eyes were a mesmerizing shade of violet, radiating both depth and warmth. They had an almost magnetic quality.

High, chiseled cheekbones lent an alluring structure to his face. Beneath them, his lips were impeccably sculpted, forming a naturally subtle curve.

His nose was straight and regal, perfectly complementing the harmonious balance of his features.

His skin, flawless and sun-kissed, seemed to glow with vitality, accentuating the overall allure of his face.

Kestria admired his short white hair that added a touch of rugged charm, framing his face with casual elegance. When he smiled, his entire face transformed.

A confident, heartwarming grin revealed impeccably straight teeth, and his eyes lit up with a contagious warmth that left a lasting impression on anyone fortunate enough to witness it.

She shook her head as a thought popped into her head. ʼHeʼs so handsome now, no wonder why Auntie Sia wants to marry him.ʼ

Thatʼs when the pink-haired girl laughed again pushed up against her brother and spoke in a teasing tone again. ʼʼYou can see she thinks your handsome husband. Just look at their innocent faces.ʼʼ

Kestria laughed and tried to change the subject. ʼʼIs it true what youʼve been up to brother?ʼʼ

[Back to Archer]

Archer looked at his sister who looked like the younger version of Jade. he thought she was adorable.

But he nodded his head as he answered the girl. ʼʼMost probably. I donʼt know what youʼve heard but it has been a busy three years.ʼʼ

The group chatted for a little while before Archer, Nefertiti, and Ella returned to their table after promising to see the three siblings again.

When they sat down Lioran spoke. ʼʼSo youʼre not a hateful person as the rumors suggest.ʼʼ

Archer looked at the lion boy who had a big smile on his face, he shook his head and answered. ʼʼNo. Whatʼs the point of holding onto that hate? It wonʼt do me any good. Itʼs best to let it go and live life.ʼʼ

Lioran nodded his head and agreed with Archer. That was when Ella spoke. ʼʼItʼs best to leave what happened in the past, itʼs not like they can ever hurt you again Darling.ʼʼ
