Gravity Mage with Level-Up System

Weeks passed.

The business returned to normal. The customers who were afraid of getting dragged into the conflict started coming back.

The Magic Lord’s attack that night was known to everyone. Everyone waited to see whether another attack would follow.

But nothing like that happened. Business was proceeding as usual.

Everyone then thought the matter was related to the shop owner, Frank.

He had paid a visit to the Silver Tower. They might have done something. Because of it, more and more people started coming to the shop.

Even though they were not selling any items, they were ready to pay the appraisal fee so that they could confirm if a magic object was real or fake.

On the other hand, the major forces in the city were using their channels to find magic items. They were going far even to get things from foreign countries.

They had contacted many forces at the border. They wanted to do business with them. Only in the border markets could you find magic items related to both countries.

While this was going on, hostile forces wanted to cause trouble. They didn’t like the development of the appraisal shop.

The Wizard Association from the nearby city had sent a Magic Lord to probe earlier. After knowing that the appraisal shop had the protection of a body-type Magic Lord, they were shocked.

They thought the shop owner, Frank, had made prior arrangements to protect his shop. The use of magic spells was forbidden. No matter who it was, the person who broke the rules would be punished.

So, a body-type wizard could use their brute force to defeat an opponent. It was not against the rules if they wanted to use brute force.

If they wanted to cause trouble for the appraisal shop, then they would have to find another body-type Magic Lord.

That matter was even more difficult. Hiring a Magic Lord was not a difficult matter, but it would require huge resources.

The Magic Towers had their own body-type wizards, but they couldn’t use their help. Otherwise, they would be exposed.

They needed to get someone from the outside, like the shop owner, Frank, did. They believed the shop owner might have done his homework before setting up the shop.

They knew Manager Lara was behind it. She must have exposed him to the matters of the magic city. That’s why the hostile forces found it challenging.

Not long after, their higher-ups ordered them not to target the appraisal shop anymore. They didn’t know the reason.

Meanwhile, the news of Forbidden Wizard Erwin’s return was not kept secret. At first, the internal members of the Silver Tower came to know about it.

Then, the news reached the Mage Union. The people in the Mage Union were shocked. They didn’t expect Lord Erwin to come back.

The Silver Tower’s Elders in the Mage Union knew that Erwin had gone for a secret mission. He returned after completing the mission.

It was the same case with Forbidden Wizard Charlotte. She was given a special mission as well. For outsiders, it seemed she left the magic city to avoid conflict.

But that was not true. Both Forbidden Wizards were given secret missions. Now, the news was slowly spreading to other major forces.

Major business organizations, wizard families, and clans learned about the news. Especially the forces that were hostile to the Silver Tower they were extremely shocked.

They had been keeping their activities against the Silver Tower business low-key. Now that the two Lords had returned, they couldn’t do that anymore.

They knew the Silver Tower had internal factions as well. The Black Silver Faction would turn a blind eye to certain things, but the White Silver Faction wouldn’t.

Manager Lara might have noticed them. She would definitely inform them. The hostile forces were getting an uneasy feeling.

Especially the Black Tower and the Elemental Towers were on edge. They had carried out many activities against the Silver Tower people.

The most important one was their action against Wizard Seed Vincent Carey. It was rumored that Wizard Seed Vincent Carey had become an official member not long ago.

But these two forces were unable to verify the news. They wanted to eliminate Vincent Carey in order to weaken the power of the Silver Tower.

Vincent Carey was said to be close to the Forbidden Wizards Charlotte and Erwin. Both of them were from the White Silver Faction.

The two Magic Towers hated the Silver Tower. They especially hated and targeted the people of the White Silver the most.

Because they were the ones who caused huge damage to them whenever conflicts arose. The members of the Silver Tower had backgrounds. Most of them were from forces in the Magic City.

So, they could only target a person without a background. Vincent Carey matched their condition. He was a Sub-Taboo Wizard with no background.

That’s why both the Elemental Towers and the Black Tower targeted him. The Doyle Family especially wanted Vincent Carey dead.

Their fortune plummeted after their losses in the betting match against Vincent Carey at the magic arena.

They hadn’t forgotten that. Because of that defeat, the Green Elemental Tower behind them lost face. Later, the Green Elemental Tower and other Elemental Towers dispatched their wizards to challenge Vincent Carey.

But Vincent Carey had long since left the magic city. Till today, nobody knew his whereabouts except the two Forbidden Lords. But they had left the city not long after that time.

Now, Forbidden Wizard Erwin has returned. It is only a matter of time before Lord Charlotte returns. The hostile forces were ready to see whether Vincent Carey would return or not.

A few days later, the Silver Tower circle was shaken up by earth-shattering news. It was the news related to Vincent Carey.

The news about Vincent Carey becoming a Supreme Wizard and him officially joining the White Silver Faction was released by Elder Dana.

It caused huge shockwaves among the wizard seeds and official members. They couldn’t believe the news, but the news was released by Elder Dana.

Elders are the backbone of the Magic Towers. They are the powerhouses of the Mage Union.

Especially Elder Dana, who was one of the heads of the White Silver Faction. How could she lie?

The news is true. It has caused a huge shock to the people. It might take time for people to recover from the shock.
