Urban All-Round Master

Until the tune of ”Soul Returning Battle Song” was finished. The woman clapped and praised it. Her praise was genuine and unpretentious. Lin Zifeng smiled faintly.

”It’s not played very well. Just a superficial attempt. It’s not as good as when you play it.”

”Yiyah yiyah yiyah~” The woman chuckled and waved her hands repeatedly. Her eyes narrowed into crescent-shaped slits.

Then she wrote on the sand: Very good, in large characters.

”You can write!” Lin Zifeng was first stunned. He had initially thought the woman in front of him wouldn’t understand text. Unexpectedly, she knew Chinese.

After all, the woman had a mixed-race face, combining Chinese and Western features. She possessed both Eastern classical beauty and Western flamboyant presence. Her deep-set eyes were especially admirable.

”Yiyah yiyah.” The woman happily wrote a few more large characters on the sand.

”Have learned Chinese.”

Nima! Now there wouldn’t be a need to use finger gestures to communicate anymore. Lin Zifeng was excited.

With this, their future communications could completely rely on written expression.

Seeing Lin Zifeng exceedingly happy, Shika smiled faintly. Then she wrote on the sand praising Lin Zifeng’s musical performance.

How could a man refuse appreciation from a beautiful and lovely woman? So, after such praise, Lin Zifeng’s affection for Shika surged rapidly.

For Shika as the Pope, it was all like living in a dream.

For the first time in her life, she could enjoy music with a man so delightfully.

This round of communication finally broke the barrier between them. The woman specially fetched some drinks from the small wooden house and then they started to drink together with Lin Zifeng.

At first, when they started drinking, Lin Zifeng was dumbfounded. How could a gentle woman drink like this?

And her drinking capacity was not much less than his own.

Toward the end, they drank more happily, Shika specially found paper and pen, and they talked very well, as if they were friends who hadn’t seen each other in years. Coming together today, they chatted about everything under the sun, including the universe...

They continued drinking until three in the morning before returning to their small wooden house.

At this time, the handsome guy who went out had not come back yet. Inside the small house were only Lin Zifeng and her. It felt intensely solitary between a man and a woman, especially after drinking.

Shika didn’t act coy despite being a woman and lay directly beside Lin Zifeng. Her beautiful eyes were closed, then slightly furrowed.

Today was the happiest day of her life.

For ten whole years, she hadn’t touched a drop of alcohol.

However, just as they lay down, she didn’t mind it, but Lin Zifeng felt quite awkward.

Suddenly having someone next to him, coupled with the effects of alcohol, made his breath heavily labored, as he inhaled the subtle, alluring fragrance she exuded.

This made the drunken Lin Zifeng’s heart race furiously.

After all, a man’s normal sexual orientation would still exist; moreover, sleeping together after drinking always brought peculiar feelings.

As they slept, he was already feeling a bit uneasy inside.

”Are Western girls really so casual? We’ve only known each other for a few days, and she’s sleeping next to me. If we spend more days together, won’t she be sleeping in my arms then?”

Thinking about this, his heart grew increasingly restless, making it difficult to fall asleep. After all, staying together alone with a woman was a rare occurrence, especially sharing a small sleeping mat in a tiny wooden house.

That night, they both fell into a deep sleep. Considering they were drunk, who could guarantee they wouldn’t experience a first stir of emotions and mutual attraction between the opposite sexes?

Though Shika pretended to be asleep on the surface, her heart was racing with nerves.

As a dignified and lofty pope, rolling into the same bed with a man was an absurd scene she probably never anticipated would happen in her lifetime.

Just now, their conversation was extremely congenial, deeply admiring each other. Yet, how could admiration lead to sharing the same bed?

He’s a man. She is a woman. And she really doesn’t understand the dynamics between men and women.

”He, he won’t do anything to me, right?” At this moment, her heart felt as if a fuzzy worm was crawling inside.

Being a woman, especially one of high status and power, Shika had never slept so closely with any man in her life.

The intoxicating scent of his body was wholly alluring.

However, while she was enjoying this, Lin Zifeng began to turn.

”!”

Shika suddenly opened her eyes wide, her gaze captivated. She wondered if he was genuinely about to do something to her.

The outcome was Lin Zifeng was simply shifting himself to turn over. Normally when sleeping alone, he moved freely, but now with an opposite gender beside him, his sleeping felt nowhere as secure.

Startled, Shika reached up and touched her face.

Thankfully, he didn’t do anything to her, otherwise, Lin Zifeng’s image in her mind would be greatly tarnished!

But as the intoxication gradually swept in, they fell into a deeper slumber until five in the morning, unaware they were clutching each other.

”Bang!”

Suddenly, the small house was pushed open. Having wandered aimlessly on the deserted island the whole night and almost making himself lost, the handsome guy intended to return home with a sigh but saw Lin Zifeng and the woman hugging in bed.

Instantly, the handsome guy’s eyes popped wide open, almost falling out.

”What the heck! Your progress is fast, isn’t it? It’s not supposed to be like this. I was out for just one night, and you’re already like this?” At this moment, Lin Zifeng and the woman were awakened by the handsome guy, quickly splitting and rolling to separate sides off the sleeping mat. Immediately, Lin Zifeng felt chilly, seemingly aware of what transpired between them.

”Yiyah yiyah~” The woman eagerly waved her hands, trying to explain to the handsome guy. There was nothing between them, though they might have drunkenly indulged in too much. But the handsome guy had seen it with his own eyes. Could there be a mistake?

Finding the explanation futile, Lin Zifeng sat cross-legged plainly, holding a homemade tobacco pipe, looking carefree. He didn’t want to explain. From a glance, he knew what happened, so further clarification might only complicate matters. Simply saying nothing might be best.

Seeing Lin Zifeng’s non-explanatory demeanor, Shika promptly turned and dashed out of the small wooden house. She was mortified now.

The handsome guy stared at his goddess leaving in front of his face, eyes wide, unsure of what to do. What could he say? Humans are humans; he was just a dog.

”Kid, you didn’t do anything beastly to her last night, right?” The handsome guy pointed at Lin Zifeng and shouted.

”Do I seem like that kind of person?” Lin Zifeng impatiently shot it a glance, seeing the sky gradually lighten. He had no interest in lingering any further, needing to find a way to leave the deserted island these days; he couldn’t possibly stay in this desolate place for life.

”That can’t be sure! Kid, she’s a pure girl. We can’t provide her future. Don’t go making any plans on her.”
