Urban All-Round Master

Capítulo 1203: Chapter 1237: Whose Youth Isn’t Impulsive!

The ‘Whose Youth Isn’t Impulsive’ promotional posters bombarded all the cinemas in the Martial Arts world!

Lin Zifeng hopes to become a big star overnight.

Although the first film’s box office reached 800 million, Huayu Group spent almost 300 million on advertising, including promotions and poster effects, which was quite a large expenditure in the Martial Arts world.

“Cousin, you will definitely love this movie after watching it.” Huahua clung to Nangong Bing’s arm, pointing at the poster on the cinema’s poster wall.

To be honest, ‘Whose Youth Isn’t Impulsive’ did not have a particularly enthusiastic response initially, since it was just a youth inspirational film, lacking any advantage over those Hollywood blockbusters.

Of course: at the same time, there was a Japanese film called ‘Sadako 2’ premiering, a Martial Arts film, and a Japanese film, which indeed posed a competitive situation.

Finally, Japan’s ‘Sadako 2’ exited the Martial Arts market with a 50 million box office… Completely defeated!

Without the strong financial backing from Huayu Group, it wouldn’t have achieved its current success.

“Uncle — soon you’ll see me and Huahua on the screen, looking very pretty indeed. Although… we look quite immature, but very innocent!” Tangtang said, holding a big bucket of popcorn, squinting her eyes and laughing playfully.

Although ‘Whose Youth Isn’t Impulsive’ is a film with a youth theme, the filming at the time wasn’t very difficult, there wasn’t a huge budget for special effects, it focuses on returning to a nostalgic pure era.

Having them both as main actors was perfectly fitting.

“You’re only thanking your uncle, aren’t you going to thank your sister Ruyan?”

Liu Ruyan couldn’t take it anymore, feeling jealous for Lin Zifeng, she thought these two girls might be too heartless. Forgetting her, who was a great benefactor.

“Teehee, Sister Ruyan, I’m very grateful to you as well. Without you, Huahua and I wouldn’t have been so smooth sailing.”

Tangtang immediately jumped into Liu Ruyan’s arms like a little child, like a little kitten, making Liu Ruyan bursting with joy.

The movie opens with an expression of youth inspiration.

It tells the story of two youthful girls being best friends from early on, later both got into college, but as they were about to start college, the protagonist played by Tangtang, Juan Ke, suddenly gave up on her studies, due to growing up in poverty, facing high tuition, she simply couldn’t bear it.

Then the character played by Huahua pulled her to attend school, offering to pay her tuition, but Juan Ke, who naturally did not like owing people, left without saying a word after freshman year. Embarking on a journey of working.

Fate played a trick, six years later.

The two friends met again, however, Huahua who went to college, lived a bleak life, married a worthless husband, the family was quite imperfect.

The role played by Tangtang was just the opposite, she went out to work, started a business herself, after numerous hardships, she finally welcomed her first foreign trade company.

When the two childhood friends met again, lamenting the tears of many years.

The film concludes with a perfect ending…

The entire film revolves around the theme of their scenes in school and that unrepentant youth…

After watching the film, Nangong Bing felt strange inside, tears in the corner of her eyes. Liu Ruyan and the others were the same.

The story of the two pairs of good friends moved all the audience.

It was even considered a tear-jerking drama——

“So touching, even I was moved to tears~”

Tangtang clutched her popcorn, pouting her lips, tears dripping down one by one, making it seem like the pitiful and tragic Juan Ke was her herself.

In reality, Tangtang is the daughter of a wealthy family, how could she experience the pain of children from poor families.

After watching this movie, Lin Zifeng felt uncomfortable himself, thinking he should do something for those unfortunate children.

“You guys continue watching, I’ll go outside for a smoke.” Lin Zifeng said, patted his butt and walked away.

“Tangtang, we starred in this movie, and we’re crying like tearful people?” Huahua said, wiping her tears, also pouting her lips, deeply moved.

Tangtang heavily wiped her tears, sobbing, “Maybe we were really touched.”

“If it comes to that, we’ll help more people in need in the future.” Tangtang said.

“Yeah, okay, we’ll help more people together in the future.”

…

Here the two of them were still recalling the moving scenes from the film, while over there Lin Zifeng had already dialed Zhang Mengjie’s number, asking her to find a girl.

He wanted to find Su Yueying, a girl of great kindness.

If Huayu Group establishes a charity institution in the Martial Arts world, not only can it help more people, but it can also build more reputation for Huayu.

The key is to be able to help those children.

Last time Lin Zifeng took Su Yueying’s taxi, she used her own money to buy lots of food, toys, clothes for kids of migrant workers, to be honest, Lin Zifeng was very moved.

Society itself requires everyone to call for kindness together.

Thinking of this, he did not hesitate.

He asked Zhang Mengjie to contact Su Yueying at the earliest time possible, then establish the first charity institution in Zhonghai, with Su Yueying as the charity fund dream ambassador.

About five minutes later, Zhang Mengjie found Su Yueying’s information, but the taxi company she found, Su Yueying was no longer there.

She had resigned from the operating company and was missing now.

“How is it possible! She resigned from this job, what else can she do?” Lin Zifeng murmured to himself, smoking.

It shouldn’t be, Su Yueying talked a lot about doing charity with him that night, her dream was to witness more children being able to go to school, having enough to eat…

“Sister Zhang, can you help me check all the information about Su Yueying as soon as possible.”

After hanging up the phone, Lin Zifeng’s mind was still focused on this matter.

When the film ended and the curtain fell, Nangong Bing and the others had already come out.

“Hey, did you finish watching the movie?” Lin Zifeng greeted them with a smile, looking at each of them looking desolate, most likely the film was too touching, too vivid. Otherwise, how could it make them cry till their eyes turned red.

“Finished watching, but my heart feels blocked.”

Tangtang looked up at him, with red-rimmed eyes.

Then looked at Huahua, similarly red-rimmed.

Then looked at Liu Ruyan, also very red-rimmed, then looked at the old master, the same.

It seems this film was shot quite successfully, the script of ‘Whose Youth Isn’t Impulsive’ was personally written by Lin Zifeng!
