Chapter 1185: Chapter 1183: Treating Mo Siyu

”Siyu, you’re awake? How do you feel?”

At this moment, Mo Siyu regained consciousness, and the woman hastily asked.

”Miss Mo, you’re awake?”

Xiao Yifeng opened his eyes and spoke as he looked at the awakening Mo Siyu.

”Is it you? How come you’re here?”

Mo Siyu looked at Xiao Yifeng, her expression stunned, a trace of surprise flashing in her eyes.

”Scoundrel, turn around!”

The woman suddenly coldly shouted at Xiao Yifeng.

Xiao Yifeng came to his senses and quickly turned around.

The woman waved her hand, and a set of clothes fell upon Mo Siyu, who hurriedly put them on.

”Alright, you can turn back now!”

With her face blushing, Mo Siyu spoke, her eyes full of shyness.

Xiao Yifeng turned to look at Mo Siyu and quickly said, ”Miss Mo, I apologize, I...”

”Shut up!”

The woman kept an indifferent face, a terrifying pressure erupting from her and shrouding Xiao Yifeng, causing him to tremble uncontrollably, despite circulating all his power to resist her overwhelming aura.

”I don’t care who you are. You trespassed here, endangered Siyu’s life, and saw her unclothed. Although it was you who saved Siyu, for the sake of her chastity and reputation, you must die!”

The woman said coldly as she waved her hand to eradicate Xiao Yifeng completely.

”Granny, no!”

Seeing the woman about to make her move, Mo Siyu quickly called out, standing in front of Xiao Yifeng.

”Siyu, what are you doing? This man has seen your body; for your chastity and reputation, he must die.”

The woman said to Mo Siyu with a grave voice.

”Granny, although he saw my body, it was unintentional. Besides, didn’t you say that he was the one who saved me? Given that, we can’t kill him.”

”In doing so, I’d be killing my own savior. Moreover, he only saw my body; he did nothing else. The crime does not warrant death!”

Mo Siyu spoke.

The woman glanced at Xiao Yifeng with flickering eyes and said, ”Fine, I won’t kill him. But since he has seen your body, he must take responsibility; he must marry you!”

”What? Marry Miss Mo?”

Xiao Yifeng was startled, his face filled with astonishment as he looked at the woman.

”That’s right, even though you’re average in looks and strength, but since you’ve seen Siyu’s body, Siyu will just have to lower her standards and marry you. What do you say? Do you agree or not?”

The woman’s gaze firmly fixed on Xiao Yifeng.

”I... If I don’t agree, does that mean I must die?”

Xiao Yifeng asked.

”That’s correct, if you don’t agree, you must die!”

The woman stated bluntly.

”No, Granny, I’ve only met him twice; we’re not familiar with each other. How can we get married just like that? Isn’t this coercion?”

Mo Siyu, holding the woman’s hand, spoke.

”Hmph, you’re the honorable young lady of the Tian Mountain Sect, the beloved granddaughter of Granny Mount Tian, as beautiful as a Heavenly Immortal, knowledgeable and reasonable, with a face that could shame the moon. It’s his blessing from ten lifetimes if he’s to marry you, where’s there any coercion involved?”

The woman coldly snorted.

”Senior, what you say is true, it’s just that I...”

Xiao Yifeng wore an awkward expression.

”You what?”

The woman’s gaze stayed on Xiao Yifeng.

”It’s just that I already have a fiancée!”

Xiao Yifeng began to speak.

”That’s simple, cancel the engagement!”

The woman said in a deep voice.

”Cancel the engagement? Impossible, I, Xiao Yifeng, could never do such a thing. You might as well kill me, elder.”

Xiao Yifeng said directly.

”You think I wouldn’t dare to kill you?”

The woman coldly shouted, ready to strike again.

”No, Granny, if you kill him, you’ll have to kill me first.”

Mo Siyu stepped in front of the woman and spoke.

”Ah... alright, for your sake Siyu, I will spare him. But he must never reveal what he saw today, or I will not forgive him.”

The woman said coldly.

”Rest assured, I won’t speak of it.”

Xiao Yifeng quickly assured her.

”Alright, everything is fine now. Mr. Xiao, let me introduce her to you. This is Granny Mount Tian, an ancestor of our Tian Mountain Sect. She is very affectionate towards me. Granny, this is Mr. Xiao Yifeng. However, I have only met him once before.”

Mo Siyu introduced the two of them to each other.

”Right, Mr. Xiao, how come you are here?”

Mo Siyu looked at Xiao Yifeng and couldn’t help asking.

Xiao Yifeng briefly explained what had happened.

”Humph, those of the Hidden World Clans really are shameless, to stoop to such depths. Aren’t they afraid of dishonoring their own clan?”

Granny Mount Tian snorted coldly, a look of disdain flashing in her eyes.

”However, you’re quite impressive, young man – to dare to offend someone from the Hidden World Clans and to be able to absorb such an overwhelming amount of cold energy from Siyu’s body.”

Granny Mount Tian said indifferently.

”I once helped someone absorb cold energy before. Siyu has a congenital cold disease that erupts with intense cold energy during the full moon.”

Xiao Yifeng said.

”You seem to understand quite well. Indeed, Siyu was born with a cold disease, with a large amount of cold energy accumulated in her body since a young age, which erupts when the Yin Qi is the strongest during the full moon.”

”These past years, every time she had an outbreak, I would bring her here to run my energy and help suppress the cold energy in her body. Your appearance this time caused me to be distracted and nearly killed Siyu,” Granny Mount Tian said indifferently.

”I’m sorry, it wasn’t intentional on my part. However, I can actually help Siyu treat her cold disease.”

Xiao Yifeng said.

”Really?”

Xiao Yifeng’s words caused a flash of shock in both Mo Siyu and Granny Mount Tian’s eyes.

”Yes!”

Xiao Yifeng nodded.

Although Mo Siyu was somewhat incredulous regarding Xiao Yifeng’s claim, she still decided to let him try.

Using the Acupuncture Skills from the Yin-Yang Forbidden Tome combined with the Five Elements Needle, Xiao Yifeng spent over an hour and completely cured Mo Siyu’s congenital cold disease.

In this world, perhaps only Xiao Yifeng could achieve this, to cure a cold disease that was deemed incurable by others.

When Mo Siyu saw that her cold disease had been successfully cured, her face showed shock, her pupils dilated, and even Granny Mount Tian wore an astonished expression.

”You young man surely have many tricks up your sleeve!”

Granny Mount Tian said, looking at Xiao Yifeng.

”I only have a slight understanding of medicine,” Xiao Yifeng said modestly.
