Reborn and Counterattack: The CEO's Powerful Sweetheart

After finishing the knee dislocation, Gu Tong stood up straight, picked up the prescription pad on the desk, wrote a few words, and threw it to the intern doctor behind her.

”The wound on his leg is prone to infection, it needs immediate disinfection. The knee that was just reset needs to be cast for stabilization. Oh, and he needs an IV drip; just follow this prescription.”

The intern doctor was slightly stunned, instinctively catching the prescription note, almost mistaking it for a task assigned by the attending doctor.

After arranging everything, Gu Tong methodically scanned the ward, finding that all patients were beginning to receive treatment except for the bed by the window.

”Why hasn’t he been treated yet?”

”He... he’s not cooperating...” The intern doctor was on the verge of tears and said, ”He said he won’t take off his clothes because there’s a woman in the room...”

Gu Tong frowned, her eyes fixated on the strong man in his twenties in front of her, and said word by word, ”Take off your clothes.”

”...” The strong man kept a straight face.

”Don’t you understand the principle of not avoiding the doctor in an illness?”

The strong man still didn’t move.

Anger surged within Gu Tong, and before anyone could react, she grabbed a pair of scissors from the drawer and said, ”Fine, you won’t take them off, right? I’ll help you!” With that, she swiftly cut open the strong man’s clothes in a few strokes.

All the interns in the ward were startled.

Everyone was left speechless at this scene...

They were clearly seeing such a bold, violent, terrifying female doctor for the first time...

...

Li Yan had just stepped into the ward when he witnessed this scene! His pupils slightly contracted, and an icy aura immediately emanated from him!

”Let go of your hand!”

The rebuke stopped Gu Tong from cutting the clothes any further.

Seeing that Earl had arrived, all the interns looked at their savior with teary eyes, and the strong man who just had his clothes torn off rushed directly to hide behind Li Yan...

Gu Tong and Li Yan locked eyes.

Everyone held their breath, fearing that Li Yan might get into a confrontation with the violent doctor at any moment.

”Earl Li came just in time! Could you lend a hand and hold him down?”

”...” Everyone was speechless.

One had to ask this straightforward female doctor, through which eye did she see that their Earl intended to help...

”Hmm?” Li Yan raised an eyebrow, carefully choosing his words.

”His chest is burnt! Judging from the neck wound, it should be second-degree burns! It needs immediate treatment; if we delay further, the wound will start to fester.”

Only then did everyone notice the burns on the strong man’s body, with his skin blistering with a thin white layer, and the flesh underneath was a bloody mess.

”How should we handle it?”

”Disinfect, apply ice, and bandage it!”

”Okay.”

Gu Tong raised an eyebrow, ’okay’ meaning what?

Li Yan walked to the table, picked up the alcohol swabs, and ordered the strong man, ”Sit down!”

The strong man complied and sat down, and Li Yan began disinfecting him!

”...”

Gu Tong’s mouth twitched; so that’s how he helps out...

Meanwhile, everyone anxiously watched Gu Tong, worried she might get into an argument with Li Yan.

However, Gu Tong did not.

Because she had learned from the trainees under Li Yan in a previous life and knew what kind of existence this peculiar team was, she understood clearly that only under Li Yan’s hands would they behave obediently.

Therefore, it was most fitting for him to handle those troublesome patients.

With that thought, she went on to deal with the other patients.

...

The treatment work in the ward never ceased, and because there were many wounded to treat, the intern doctors were becoming exhausted.

After attending to the last patient, Gu Tong looked at Li Yan, who was helping move the medical equipment, lifting a piece weighing fifty pounds effortlessly without breaking a sweat. Gu Tong nodded in approval; her husband had quite the stamina.
