African Entrepreneurship Record

Collaborative school establishment is merely a temporary measure, such universities can only construct a rough framework, and there is still a long way to go compared to a real university.

For instance, many of the current school’s faculty can only be selected from newly graduated university students, with important positions filled by professors from Stuttgart Higher Technical College, and the principal being an authentic East African.

The university is one of the ideological battlegrounds, and naturally, the East African Government cannot allow this area to be exploited, especially when the competence and integrity of the German expatriate faculty are unclear.

Of course, there’s no need to worry too much, especially with a science and technology school like Dar es Salaam Institute of Technology. If it were a comprehensive university, East Africa would not allow foreign interference!

First Town.

Today at Sweet Palace, a ceremony was held to elevate the rank of a scientist. Tesla, born in Austria-Hungary, officially advanced from his previous rank of baron directly to count.

”Count Tesla, your invention will once again etch your name in the future history of East African technology. This is a brand new chapter in the history of human communication.”

Ernst said to this great East African scientist, who is even younger than himself, and who, over the past decade, has created immense value in fields such as electricity, physics, and mechanics in East Africa, making significant contributions to the advancement of East African technology.

Following the widespread adoption of the high-voltage alternating current transmission system in East Africa, the young Tesla has already made a name for himself in the East African scientific community, becoming a ”national treasure” figure. Of course, since Tesla set foot in East Africa, his ”monitoring” and security business had been taken over by the National Defense Security Bureau under Ernst’s authorization. If things go smoothly, Tesla will become a world-renowned figure like Edison.

In the previous life, Edison’s fame was certainly higher than Tesla’s, even though later, due to the information explosion, his reputation as a patent hooligan collapsed, it cannot deny his major fame.

Elementary school students all know Edison’s name, whereas it takes middle school education to begin to understand Tesla.

Of course, comparing Tesla to Edison is a kind of belittlement of Tesla’s status. After all, Edison cannot possibly receive the honor of ”Count” in the United States, which is after all a republican country.

Moreover, in the absence of various mundane entanglements, Tesla’s important theoretical research and innovations have exceeded two hundred items in the past five years.

And these involve fields including energy, electricity, and mechanics, Tesla has also pointed the direction for the development of modern major technologies such as radar principles, particle accelerators, radio-controlled weapons, and death ray weapons.

Thus, Tesla alone equals a country’s top scientific team. East Africa truly got a great bargain, and coupled with early layout and substantial investment in the electricity field, East African scientists and engineers in the electricity sector in number and quality do not lose to Europe and America, allowing East Africa’s leading advantage in the electricity field to continue for at least a century.

Emphasizing Tesla’s status is important because he is a ”multi-talent.” In science and technology, theory and application are two important directions, and Tesla is a top genius who can well combine both.

This was already fully proven in East Africa’s promotion of the alternating current system; without Tesla, East Africa’s alternating current system would have been popularized at least five to ten years later. Like Edison, who can only be considered an ”inventor” and a merchant, Tesla is a combination of scientist and inventor.

”Around 1864, Scottish physicist James Clerk Maxwell proposed the theory of radio waves. In 1888, German physicist Heinrich Hertz proved the existence of radio waves, and now Count Tesla, you are the pioneer leading humanity into the radio era,” Ernst praised generously.

Throughout history, there has been much controversy over the invention of radio waves. Some well-known figures include Rocky, Puping, Edison, Fei Xiandeng, Slabi, Brown, Thomson, and Stuun, Popov, Marconi, Tesla, etc.

And now there’s no need for debate; in East Africa, Tesla is the world’s first radio inventor, with East African scientific circles and the East African Government as a backdrop. No one can ”steal” Tesla’s achievements in the future.

Of course, it is also unlikely for East Africa to block this technology as radio research is simultaneously conducted in various parts of the world with certain achievements already made. East Africa only clinched the title of ”First.”

”Your Highness, the support of the government is inseparable from the achievements I’ve made today, so it’s not just my own credit but also my team behind me and government support. They saved me a lot of trouble, allowing me to focus on research.”

Tesla does not boast but first expresses gratitude to the East African government and related personnel. Ernst respects this scientist of both character and integrity even more.

Of course, Tesla in history was not like this. In the previous life, Tesla would sometimes file lawsuits with Edison, Marconi, and others due to interest relationships.

But this can be understood because the overall value system of the United States is like that. However, entering East African society, Tesla no longer needs to consider too many ”economic” issues.

Because ”wealth” in East Africa itself does not mean anything. Tesla has already gained fame and fortune. Even if he remains inactive in the future, the East African government will not treat him poorly. Moreover, Tesla’s dedication to research. Now his life’s goal is to propel the ”entire human society” towards common progress.

”Mm, very good. Count Tesla, you are a respectable person. Although I am just a layman compared to you in the scientific field, there are still things within my power. If there’s any trouble or issue, you can directly contact me at Sweet Palace,” Ernst promised directly.

It is worth mentioning that Ernst himself is also an ”inventor,” although all are imitations of ”previous life’s” works. But no one knows that! So, the identity of ”inventor” has always been talked about.

Therefore, Ernst and Tesla can barely be considered ”peers,” albeit Ernst only tinkers with everyday items, small furniture, or small appliances, totally incomparable to Tesla’s heavyweight stature.

After having a pleasant conversation with Ernst, Tesla also met with East African high-level military and various government departments since the value of radio is clearly seen as an important tool to alter a nation’s current condition.

This also means Tesla officially becomes one of the top authorities in the East African scientific community, with government endorsement, even akin to the Soviet ”Lysenko,” holding sway in his domain.

Of course, Ernst will not let Tesla engage too much in politics, which is a great waste of resources, emphasizing that ”As government officials, do not excessively interfere in Count Tesla’s work. Every achievement from Count Tesla is a great contribution to East African society, even if its value is not evident now, it may be a key point for East African technological breakthroughs in the future. Scientists like him should not be disturbed excessively; rather, they should be allowed to continue shining in the scientific field.”

This is very important. After all, even Hawking had to accept invitations from ”Epstein” in the previous life, unknown to ordinary people but with bad consequences. So Ernst was keen to lead in respecting the scientific community so that researchers can better serve East African society in a comfortable environment.

East African officials perhaps cannot reach such extremes, but social gatherings and means like banquets are no less, so preventive measures must be laid.
