Extraordinary Realm from Persuasion System

Chapter 495: Chapter 191: Establishing the Division of the Extraordinary Realm, Announcing the List of Martial Arts Realms!_7

But the problem was not significant.

With the help of the System and his own efforts, Zhang Beixing believed it was only a matter of time before he reached these realms.

Having sorted out the classification for the Extraordinary Realm levels Above Grandmaster, Zhang Beixing let out a sigh of relief. Once these classifications were made public, they would be officially implemented!

Zhang Beixing checked the chart again.

He felt something was slightly off.

After pondering for a moment, he identified the issue.

For the ordinary Martial Artist realms below Great Grandmaster, he had only outlined the names and requirements. He hadn’t mentioned anything about the benefits and promotion paths associated with each realm.

This wouldn’t do!

Without the allure of benefits, he couldn’t retain people. Without a path for promotion, these individuals would lose motivation, causing the Martial Arts community to lose its vitality. Furthermore, Zhang Beixing also needed to prevent some from idling and freeloading—occupying positions without delivering results. He also added a regular assessment mechanism. This was intended to stimulate progress among these individuals.

By the time he finished this entire series of tasks, it was already the early morning hours.

Zhang Beixing looked at the chart he had created and finally nodded in satisfaction.

In the chart he had just finalized, all Martial Artists of Great Xia must be registered with the Martial Arts Association to be officially considered Martial Artists of Great Xia!

The realms for Great Xia Martial Artists, from low to high, were respectively: Level K, Level J, Level I, Level H, Level G, Level F, Level E, Level C, Level B, Level A, Grandmaster, and Great Grandmaster! These were the classifications for ordinary Martial Artist realms.

Beyond these were the classifications for the Extraordinary Martial Artist realms: Hidden Essence Realm (First Segment), Insight Realm (Second Segment), Jade Light Realm (Third Segment), Sun Opening Realm (Fourth Segment), Jade Balance Realm (Fifth Segment), Megrez Realm (Sixth Segment), Phecda Realm (Seventh Segment), Merak Realm (Eighth Segment), and Dubhe Realm (Ninth Segment).

This classification of the Extraordinary Realm was not arbitrary; it was named after the nine stars of the Big Dipper. It could be said that the classification of all realms, from the lowest to the highest, embodied the infinite wisdom of the ancient ancestors, with traceable origins and discernible principles.

Among these, advancing from Level K to Level C required dedicated practice over time. Furthermore, there were almost no benefits offered, nor were assessments required for these initial levels. After all, these stages were for common Martial Arts enthusiasts. For them, being entered into the martial arts register was an honor in itself, and local authorities were unlikely to offer any further stipends or privileges. However, possessing a registered martial arts identity would naturally lead to corresponding rewards in society. Whether teaching classes or engaging in other occupations, it would undoubtedly create a butterfly effect.

Alternatively, if one didn’t want to spend time slowly accumulating experience, they could directly approach the local Martial Arts Association and pay for an assessment. As long as their Martial Arts proficiency reached the Integration stage, regardless of whether they had only practiced Martial Arts for a few months or their age, they would be directly promoted to Level C, and all assessment fees would be refunded.

Upon reaching Level C, the benefits offered by the Martial Arts Association became much more substantial. However, Martial Artists at Level C and higher were also required to participate in Martial Artist assessments. At that point, promotion no longer depended on time but on genuine skill. For example, advancing from Level C to Level B required passing the Association’s assessment, which confirmed that one had mastered a particular Martial Art to a proficient level.

Further up the levels, the requirements were similar to the previous rules of the Great Xia Martial Arts community: mastering Hidden Force, mastering the external release of Vital Energy, mastering Dan Energy, and so on.

As for the assessments by the Great Xia Martial Arts Association, they were conducted annually with the aim of testing an individual’s strength. The assessment content was divided into three major categories: basic martial arts, weapon skills, and Martial Arts theory. These three major categories comprised numerous subcategories. The assessments faced by individuals of different realms, as well as the judging criteria, were entirely distinct.

During the assessments, if anyone showed no progress for three consecutive years, their benefits would be reduced; conversely, benefits would be increased for those who demonstrated improvement. Anyone absent without valid reason would have their martial arts registration temporarily revoked for one year. During this period, they would not enjoy any Martial Artist privileges and were not permitted to teach Cultists or give lessons. If anyone was discovered illegally teaching or operating under the title of a Martial Artist while under penalty, their martial arts registration would be permanently revoked, and they would never be reinstated!

And what about the authority of this martial arts registration?

What was the standing of the Great Xia Martial Arts Association?

Within Great Xia, it’s a major organization, semi-official and semi-civilian, backed by government leaders. Once the President of the Association introduces this policy, the leadership will give it one hundred percent support.

At that point, the martial arts registration and various regulations will naturally gain authority because the state will back you!

Who wouldn’t comply? Who would dare oppose?!

If anyone dares to misuse their martial arts registration for deception then, they will face legal sanctions!

Simultaneously, with these classifications in place, establishing a martial arts school would also have prerequisites: one must attain Level A and receive approval from their Martial Arts Association. Otherwise, it would be considered an illegal operation. The Great Xia Martial Arts Association would have the right to cooperate with other law enforcement departments to shut down such martial arts schools! Serious offenders could even face legal prosecution!

The rules were harsh. However, it was undeniable that such strict regulations were a much-needed remedy for the currently convoluted and unregulated Great Xia Martial Arts community. After all, before Zhang Beixing’s emergence, Great Xia Martial Arts were universally condemned. Who had ever believed in them? It was just like traditional Chinese medicine; practitioners were often immediately dismissed as charlatans, and the public’s attitude was extremely harsh and disdainful.

But in the future, that will no longer be the case!

Because someone has now defined detailed cultivation realms and established strict rules!

And this was one of the two major announcements Zhang Beixing had previously teased to the netizens!

Announcing the Transcendent and publicizing the cultivation realms!

”Now then, let the Martial Arts community of Great Xia welcome this new era of change!”
