Hyacine raised both hands and activated her skill [Mana Burst (Wind)].

She converted her own magic power into pure wind elements.

Dozens of invisible wind bullets formed in front of her. Like a dense barrage, they accurately intercepted the stone axes falling from the sky.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

Wind bullets and stone axes collided, shattering in mid-air. The chaotic airflow instantly disrupted the Almiraj’s attack rhythm.

”Hah!”

Tifa shouted, her figure vanishing from her spot instantly.

She ignored the monsters disrupted by the wind bullets. Her target was the one marked by Robin in the mental network as the greatest threat.

She kicked off the vertical rock wall several times, circling behind that specific Almiraj at an incredible angle. A whip kick crashed down like a battle axe, cleanly shattering its body.

Even in the Middle Floors, facing these monsters approaching Lv. 2, Tifa could handle them.

The buff from the enchantment magic [Meteor Plume], coupled with the stat bonuses from the four Artifacts on her—especially the [Adventurer] two-piece set effect patching up her endurance weakness—gave her combat power far exceeding adventurers of the same level.

Her skills [Fighting Spirit Liberation] and [Battle Rhythm] further granted her the capital to fight above her level.

On the other side, after blocking the first wave of magic attacks from the Hellhounds, Aiden immediately launched a counterattack.

”Gospel.”

[Ripple of the Past] switched magic. Zald’s era-defining bombardment magic, [Gospel], reappeared.

A soundwave impact almost invisible to the naked eye shot out of thin air, instantly piercing the skull of the foremost Hellhound.

Before the Hellhound could even scream, its entire head exploded as if struck by an invisible giant hammer.

Aiden didn’t pause. A second and third sound cannon shot out in succession, precisely sniping two other Hellhounds.

The silent bombardment was both eerie and efficient.

Seeing their companions die violently, the remaining two Hellhounds showed no fear. Instead, their ferocity exploded. Roaring, they pounced, their sharp claws striking sparks against the ground.

Aiden advanced instead of retreating. Facing one of the Hellhounds, he shook his longsword. Sword light flashed as he engaged the monster in close combat.

The last Hellhound bypassed Aiden, purposefully lunging at Robin in the rear of the formation.

”Left side. Fireball.”

Aiden warned telepathically through the Harmony network.

”Resonate!”

Robin’s short chant rang out.

A sharp sonic wave struck accurately, outpacing the Hellhound’s attack. It instantly pierced the Hellhound’s throat, causing the fireball it was brewing to explode in its mouth.

This was the Focalors Familia’s combat style.

An absolutely synchronized unit woven together by telepathy.

Aiden was the sharpest spear. Tifa was the scalpel roaming the battlefield, precisely removing threats.

Hyacine was the turret providing support. And Robin was the connecting hub of it all—the battlefield brain with a global view, commanding with composure.

Within seconds, the first wave of assault was dismantled.

Of course, their team wasn’t perfect. As a turret, Hyacine lacked attack power; her main job was healer. At the same time, they lacked an indestructible shield.

The battle ended cleanly and efficiently, like a dance rehearsed countless times.

Before the four’s overwhelming strength, these ordinary Dungeon monsters posed no threat at all.

After clearing the battlefield, Aiden sheathed his sword. He glanced at the Magic Stones and several Hellhound fangs scattered on the ground, signaling Hyacine to collect them.

”Let’s keep moving.”

Aiden said. The four didn’t stay a moment longer, continuing deeper into the labyrinth.

However, not long after, an aura completely different from before—more dangerous and strange—came from ahead.

The skill [Abyss Gazed Back] was starting to take effect.

”Roar!”

Accompanied by a tender yet piercing dragon roar, a Young Yumkasaur with a peculiar appearance charged out from the corner ahead.

”New monster. Dragon species, Lv. 2. Watch out for its speed and scales,” Aiden, recognizing the monster before him, warned immediately.

The Young Yumkasaur was extremely fast. Almost the instant it appeared, it turned into an afterimage, pouncing straight at Aiden.

Clang!

A harsh sound of metal clashing rang out.

A clear notch was chipped into the blade of Aiden’s blocking sword, and he was knocked back two steps by the immense force.

The blade cut into the dragon scales, leaving only a shallow white mark.

”Extremely high physical defense. Blades can’t penetrate,” Aiden immediately shared the combat info.

As he struck back with a backhand slash, he switched magic. ”Gospel!”

However, just as the sound cannon was about to hit, the Young Yumkasaur’s body suddenly sank downward. Like a fish entering water, it dove into the hard rock floor without hindrance and vanished.

The soundwave impact hit the spot where it disappeared, kicking up only a ring of dust.

”It can burrow and move through rock. I’ll track it. Tifa, prepare for a ground assault. Hyacine, use wind pressure to harass the ground and force it out. Aiden, standby and wait for my mark.”

Robin’s commands were exchanged in an instant.

She closed her eyes, focusing all her mental power on perception. The structure of the entire cavern and the flow of magic power constructed a 3D map in her mind.

The movement trajectory of that Young Yumkasaur was marked clearly in the rock layers of the map like a glowing earth dragon.

”It’s inside the left wall, moving below us!”

”Received.”

Hyacine responded immediately. Aiming both hands at the direction Robin indicated—[Mana Burst].

Several condensed [Wind Blades] were fired—not to attack, but to drill into the rock wall like augers. The massive wind pressure churned inside the rock, creating violent vibrations.

”Roar!”

An agitated low growl came from within the wall. The Young Yumkasaur’s movements were clearly disrupted.

”It’s forced out. Tifa, ground on the front right. Prepare to engage!”

Tifa was already in position. She pulled back her right leg, sinking her body slightly. Her fists were clenched at her waist, her gauntlets shining with the light of [Fighting Spirit Liberation].

Her gaze was locked dead on the patch of ground Robin marked.

Boom!

The ground exploded abruptly as the Young Yumkasaur burst out, attempting a surprise attack.

But greeting it was Tifa’s heavy, powerful punch.

”Hah!”

Tifa’s fist smashed solidly into the relatively soft lower jaw of the Young Yumkasaur. The immense force launched its massive body into the air, completely destroying its attack posture.

”Now, Aiden!”

The opportunity lasted only an instant.

Aiden was already poised to strike. As Tifa threw her punch, he had already predicted the hang time of the Young Yumkasaur after being knocked airborne.

”Gospel!”

The silent soundwave impact accurately hit the Young Yumkasaur’s exposed chest and abdomen in mid-air.
