Path To Godhood Begins With Marrying Wife And Gaining SSS Rank Skill

Chapter 70: 70:Blindfold Surprise

Ethan explained how to season the meat, how to balance flavors, and how to toast the buns just right. He demonstrated how to assemble the burger, layering each ingredient in order, before moving on to teaching the right texture for fries.

Rony listened with absolute attention, nodding at every detail, his face brimming with joy as if he had discovered a new world.

By the end of the session, Ethan felt drained. His shoulders sagged as he wiped the sweat from his forehead, watching Rony who was still full of vitality and energy.

“He surely has a lot of passion for cooking,” Ethan murmured quietly, allowing a small smile to escape. “I really made a great choice by choosing him.”

As he stepped aside to oversee the kitchen, a maid approached respectfully and handed him a sealed letter. Ethan raised his brows at once. Even before opening it, a familiar thought crossed his mind.

’It seems my wife wants to try something new in bed,’ he mused, his lips twitching faintly.

He opened the letter, scanning the neat handwriting before folding the paper and crunching it softly in his hand. A deep look of thought flickered in his eyes.

’We have already tried so many things, so what could she want now?’

Shaking his head, a quiet laugh slipped out. His chest held both curiosity and a faint thread of anticipation.

’I will know when the time comes,’ he thought, placing the letter aside with a smile that lingered on his lips.

……..

The secret letter had arisen his passion.

Ethan had felt restless the entire day. Excitement lingered in his chest, a kind of eagerness he hadn’t felt in months. Even his body twitched with impatience, his thoughts circling only around soothing that craving he had suppressed for too long.

After dinner, he whistled softly to himself, unable to hide his mood, and headed straight to his room.

The moment he opened the door, a wave of warmth met him.

The room was dimly lit. Dozens of scented candles glowed in gentle light, their flames dancing faintly. A delicate fragrance drifted in the air, thick enough to make his heart beat a little faster.

Ethan’s eyes searched the room until they stopped at Sophia.

She was seated at the vanity, putting on her makeup. From behind, the view made his breath hitch. The silk gown she wore hugged her curves snugly, dipping low to reveal the soft lines of her bare back. Her smooth skin glowed under the candlelight, and the faint sway of her posture was enough to stir his body.

He couldn’t resist. Controlling his presence, he crept closer, moving without a sound until he was just behind her. Then, in one swift motion, he wrapped his arms gently around her neck, pulling her against him.

Sophia stiffened in surprise, her eyes widening as she caught his reflection in the mirror.

“HUHHHH! WHY ARE YOU SO EARLY?” she exclaimed, her baffled look making Ethan tilt his head.

“Early? What’s early in this?” he asked in confusion, his lips brushing against her ear.

Sophia blinked, then a playful smile curved across her face. She slowly reached back with one hand, her fingers trailing down before grabbing him where he was most eager.

Ethan let out a small breath as her touch made him jolt.

“It seems your little brother is quite eager,” she said with a teasing laugh. “However, we can’t unload it now. You need to wait.”

Before Ethan could reply, Sophia rose gracefully to her feet. Her gown shifted against her body, revealing more of her shape in the flickering candlelight. She turned slightly, her eyes glinting with mischief, and from the drawer she pulled out a strap.

Ethan froze the moment he saw it. His brows furrowed, unease tightening his chest.

“Also,” Sophia continued with a sly grin, “you need to be blindfolded.”

“Blindfold…” Ethan’s voice dropped, his heart giving a hard thump. A jolt of panic rushed through him.

Memories from his previous life about the scene of chains, cuffs, and cruel torment flashing before him.

His eyes widened with fear flickering in them.

’Don’t tell me she wants to try BDSM…’

’Fuck… No. I don’t want it.’

’No matter what,I can’t accept this.’

He swallowed hard and stepped back slightly. “Sophia, you’re scaring me. Don’t tell me this is another torture session… I’m really not in the mood for that.”

His voice turned cold, though he tried to hide it.

Sophia chuckled softly, with her laughter becoming warm and sultry. She reached out and stroked his cheek, leaning close so her breath teased his ear. “Don’t worry. I won’t torture you or do something… weird. It’s just that surprises need to be revealed like surprises, right?”

Ethan hesitated, his muscles tense. His eyes searched hers for any sign of trickery. “You’re sure you won’t do something weird?” he asked quietly.

“I will not,” Sophia said, sighing with a touch of exasperation, though her eyes still danced with playful light.

“Okay,” Ethan murmured after a pause. “But if you really do something I don’t like, I won’t comply this time.” His tone was firm, though the nervous edge remained.

Sophia’s smile softened into something tender. She leaned closer, pressing her lips briefly against his. “I am doing this to pleasure you. Why would I do something you don’t like?” she whispered, her voice low and reassuring.

’Still… I hope it’s not BDSM,’ Ethan thought, unease lingering in his chest. ’But does the concept of BDSM even exist in this world?’

He let out a quiet sigh and finally allowed her to slip the strap over his eyes. Darkness swallowed his vision instantly, heightening his other senses. The faint fragrance of candles felt sharper, and the sound of her heels clicking against the floor echoed in his ears.

Guided by her hand, Ethan sat down on the bed. His body was tense, his fingers tightening slightly against the sheets. The silence stretched, and his thoughts whirled restlessly.

’What is she planning? What kind of surprise?’

Then, suddenly, the quiet was broken. The door creaked open softly, the sound so faint it would have gone unnoticed by anyone without heightened senses. Ethan’s breath caught in his throat. His head tilted slightly, trying to pick up the faint footsteps.

Someone had entered the room.

’Huh? Another woman? Who is it?’

’Wait a moment..’

’Fuck..Don’t tell me it’s going to be a threesome.”

The realization shot his heartbeat higher, a mix of panic and curiosity surging within him. He sat still, blindfolded, with his chest tightening in anticipation of what was about to unfold.
