God of Slaughter

Shi Yan quietly watched the dispute between Yuan Zu and Zi Yao. He didn’t join and just retreated.

With the supernatural abilities of Space power Upanishad at the Territory Ancestor Realm, he could move dozens of thousands of miles within one step. His body shrank into a small dot that the naked eye couldn’t see.

As he had just killed Ferrell on Empty Land and taken his soul altar and God power, if he joined the battle, it would affect his refining process. Thus, he decided to stand and watch the fun.

Of course, he didn’t stay idle…

His speck-sized body moved one round in the void and then headed toward Forefather Dragon Lizard. Because of Yuan Zu, Forefather Dragon Lizard was free. Shivering, he transformed into his humanoid form.

His body was iron-red as if he was made of burning iron. The ground under his feet cracked as it was roasted. Waves of heat expanded like vague mist.

This place was a massive continent in strange territory. Zi Yao’s twelve-headed snake body had each head occupy a corner of the continent. Her massive body was like twelve mountain ranges filling this entire place.

Forefather Dragon Lizard in his human form was standing by a giant snake body. He was panic-stricken, though. As soon as he could move, he was about to pierce through the atmosphere to run away.

“Don’t!”

Suddenly, Shi Yan’s voice whispered in his ear.

Forefather Dragon Lizard was shaken. He looked around and found a tiny human that was a hundred times smaller than a normal adult standing on his shoulder.

It was Shi Yan.

“You… Why are you here?” Forefather Dragon Lizard was petrified. He didn’t dare to move as he was afraid that he could accidentally break Shi Yan’s minute body.

While he was on Empty Land, Shi Yan had turned into the giant body of the Absolute Beginning creature. At that time, he looked like a Giant Demon that touched the sky and tramped the ground. His brutal, savage aura permeated every corner of Empty Land.

And now, Shi Yan had shrunk billions of times and was like the size of a fly, which made Forefather Dragon Lizard instinctively think that he got hurt severely.

However, Forefather Dragon Lizard quickly knew he was wrong. Shi Yan’s tiny body was like a grain of sand but the energy it bore could break the entire sky.

The energy stored inside his body, which was smaller than a fingernail, was more than that of ten thousand flood dragons of Heavenly Monster Tribe!

“She’s fighting Yuan Zu. Moreover, her wounds haven’t recovered yet. If we shrink our bodies to hide, she can’t spot us easily while fighting!”

Shi Yan said deliberately and pointed at the void above his head. Deep in the sky that used to be gray, bands of rainbows had woven into a bright light curtain and shrouded the entire sky.

“She has sealed the sky deep up there. We should shrink our bodies to stay on this continent. While fighting, she can’t notice or sense our location. You shouldn’t wiggle. If your body touches the halo over there, it will expose your whereabouts. She can spot you that way.”

Listening to him, Forefather Dragon Lizard understood. He abolished the thought of breaking the seal to run away. Learning from Shi Yan, he shrank his body and then hid in a scarlet mountain. From there, they could see a massive snake body that had elongated for thousands of miles.

It was one of Zi Yao’s twelve bodies. The snake body was giant with natural patterns of seven-colored rings winding around the trunk, which was extremely beautiful.

Forefather Dragon Lizard observed those patterns with shining eyes and appraised, “The most perfect patterns. They are more exquisite than the natural formation. I assume they got marvelous effects, anyway.”

As soon as he said that, it proved his assumption. The seven-colored patterns on the heavenly snake suddenly flew up like rainbow bands. The rainbows curled and moved up into the sky, weaving with each other and releasing a bright but bizarre halos.

The lights had cast a massive, colorful net. The rainbow lights inside that net changed and moved continuously without ceasing.

Shi Yan and Forefather Dragon Lizard eyed the rainbow lights in the sky. Lifting their heads, they found billions of rainbow bands above this continent. The rainbows connected and weaved with each other, creating a massive net to cover the entire planet. The energy that could smash the planet easily slowly generated.

“GGGGRRRROOOORRRR!”

A roar that had broken the void came from pretty far away. Obviously, it was Yuan Zu’s aura, one of the Ten Great Territory Ancestors.

Shi Yan and Forefather Dragon Lizard exchanged fearful looks. Yuan Zu’s roar brought along a fierce aura from the Absolute Beginning Era that only the overlord creatures in that era could have!

Zi Yao was right. Yuan Zu was also one of the Absolute Beginning creatures!

Yuan Zu had exposed his real body and fought against the twelve-headed snake on this abandoned planet.

As he had forced Zi Yao to use the natural patterns on her body to create a divine light, Yuan Zu’s real body wasn’t small at all. Also, Yuan Zu’s real body had intimidation and power that weren’t less than Zi Yao.

“The battle between Absolute Beginning creatures were going to take a long time. If they were equally strong, it could take up to tens of thousands of years. Even if there’s a gap between their powers, this fight won’t end soon… We have a lot of time.” Shi Yan stopped watching them and sat neatly in front of Forefather Dragon Lizard. He said, “I need more time to stabilize. Help me watch for a while.”

“Aren’t you afraid that I will harm you?” Forefather Dragon Lizard squinted, his face surprised.

“If you wanted to hurt me, Emperor Sea Shark and I would have been in trouble when we were on the seabed of the Sea of Annihilation.” Shi Yan smiled relaxingly. He didn’t say more and just closed his eyes.

Forefather Dragon Lizard looked strange. He observed Shi Yan’s fierce soul energy fluctuations. Shi Yan’s God power was all retrieved. He knew Shi Yan had entered a magical state, which made his face more awkward.

There was a sort of man like that. Sincere trust was sometimes more powerful than thousands of words.

As Shi Yan trusted Forefather Dragon Lizard, he was touched and cautious. He then guarded Shi Yan to the best of his ability.

Forefather Dragon Lizard had only one thought in his head now: No matter what, he had to protect Shi Yan during this course.

Even if Zi Yao came now, he wouldn’t hesitate to stay even though he had to die. All was because of Shi Yan’s trust to him.

“Did you get the location?” Neptune hissed irritatedly in a corner of a strange territory. He was sitting above a sea of brutal souls, his eyes bright in excitement.

Real Absolute Beginning creatures!

Zi Yao showing her real body had excited him and triggered his greed!

The Sea Domain of Nihility had a saying that killing and swallowing the essence blood of an Absolute Beginning creature could help a warrior reach the Absolute Beginning creature’s level and that warrior could actually become a true Absolute Beginning creature too!

Neptune, Keith, and many experts of the Empty Land had risked their lives to pursue Zi Yao to this place even though they knew how fierce she was. It was because she was an Absolute Beginning creature.

The entire body of the Absolute Beginning creatures was filled with treasures. Their essence blood was the best tonic to evolve the life form. Their bodies could be used to create the Absolute Beginning divine weapons. Their territories were marvelous, indeed. Also, their souls were great tonics to the soul pond…

If they could kill an Absolute Beginning creature, the treasures they could receive would be unimaginable. To forces like the Seven Great Clans, they were benefits that they could hardly describe.

There were many legends about Absolute Beginning creatures. These creatures were almost all destroyed during the Absolute Beginning Era. Each of them was very precious. The Absolute Beginning creatures were intimidating and savage. If they failed their hunt, they were treats to others. However, if they succeeded, their harvest was unimaginable!

High risks came with high benefits. Neptune and Keith were from the Seven Great Clan. They were all adventurers who weren’t afraid of taking risks. Because of the Absolute Beginning creatures’ bodies, they had joined hands and chased after the others from Empty Land.

“Don’t rush. We will get them soon.”

It was a man with two horns on his head, his gold eyes bright. He had a sharp, small needle on his palm that was covered in down. One end of the needle was emitting gold rays, which were continuously changing and searching for something.

That man was called Clark, a member of the Buffalo Horn Tribe from the Ancient Monster Clan. He was Keith’s good brother at the Peak of Immortal Realm. As he got Dark Energy, he was just one step away from the Territory Ancestor Realm.

The needle in Clark’s hand could feel the power from creature’s blood. The stronger the creature was, the better sensitivity the needle had.

Suddenly, the needle stopped moving and pointed in a direction.

Clark’s eyes brightened as he shouted, “I got it!”

Standing next to him were Neptune, Keith, and Oliver of the Black Demon Clan, and Labitte of the Devouring Clan.

Further from them hovered many experts with a high reputation like famous experts of the Sea of Annihilation like Emperor Sea Shark, Ferrell, and Ricardo. They weren’t from the Seven Great Clan, but they were very famous in the Sea Domain of Nihility.

Those warriors had profound realms and they were the lords of some big cities on Empty Land. Otherwise, they were leaders of some intimidating forces.

Even the experts from the Seven Great Clans like Neptune had to give them friendly faces. They didn’t dare to be arrogant.

Xiao Lie of the Heavenly Craftsmen Clan was the oldest Grandmaster of the clan. The Heavenly Craftsmen Clan was the most famous clan on Empty Land and they were famous for their great weapon refining techniques. Xiao Lie had mastered Fire power Upanishad and he was the best blacksmith in the Sea Domain of Nihility. Rumors said that he had even accomplished creating an Absolute Beginning divine weapon!

As the noblest Grandmaster of the Heavenly Craftsman Clan, the experts from the Seven Great clans respected him. Even the characters like the Ten Great Territory Ancestors had to address him as “Grandmaster.” Many experts of the Seven Great Clans owed him as he had helped them fix or upgrade their secret treasures.

Xiao Lie lived on Empty Land. He had secluded and forged divine weapons in this area in the hope of creating something that could ultimately satisfy him.

Knowing that some Absolute Beginning creatures would appear, the hermit that hadn’t left his place for hundreds of years had finally emerged.

He also wanted the treasures from Absolute Beginning creatures. He hoped that he could use their skin or bones to create a fierce weapon and leave his best remark in this world, which would make everybody know he was the best blacksmith in this universe!
