God of Slaughter

Two monsters were fighting fiercely on a strange planet in strange territory. Their extreme energy shook the continent continuously. So many ten-of-thousand-meter mountain ranges collapsed. Many seas and rivers were leveled.

Fortunately, this planet was abandoned. Otherwise, ordinary people couldn’t escape death. The Absolute Beginning creatures would accidentally kill them all.

A remote area of the continent.

Shi Yan woke up from the earth-shaking explosions. The first thing he saw was Forefather Dragon Lizard’s senile, vigilant face.

Forefather Dragon Lizard’s face was scarlet with a lot of wrinkles. It looked like an ancient turtle shell or the dry bark of a tree, which didn’t have any worth-mentioned feature.

At this moment, that wrinkled face was so solemn. Seeing Shi Yan open his eyes, he was happy. “Oh, you woke up.”

Shi Yan smiled, stood up, and said, “How long has it been? How is it going?”

“Not really long. It has been around several days. I don’t know how it is going because I don’t dare to leave this place.” Forefather Dragon Lizard exhaled in relief. “Lucky us. No one came here. Otherwise, I wouldn’t be at ease.”

Shi Yan didn’t answer him yet as he was busy observing his body’s conditions and soul altar. A deep light emerged in his pupils…

The God power Ancient Tree in his body now had a strong structure. Every branch of it was crystal clear with flowing God power. However, the top of the tree still had many misty branches; they hadn’t materialized yet. It meant that his God power wasn’t full.

Using his inner eye, he checked the Sea of Consciousness and the soul pond there.

Inside the bobbing Sea of Consciousness, the soul pond had expanded. Although it was trivial compared to the entire Sea of Consciousness, Shi Yan understood that Ferrell’s soul altar had increased his soul pond greatly with the Dark Energy he had swallowed.

The Territory Ancestor Realm was truly an Ultimate Realm!

He was happy as he complimented his realm. He had killed so many experts of the Cloud Tribe in Cloud Mist Territory. However, the energy he got wasn’t as much as what he had gotten from swallowing Ferrell alone!

The energy from Ferrell alone was more than the energy from dozens of Immortal Realm experts and much more than the combined energy from several thousand Incipient God Realm experts!

However, his God power Ancient Tree and soul pond hadn’t reached the upper limit to break through again. Sensing for a while, he understood that although Ferrell had provided him with a lot of energy, at the Territory Ancestor Realm, the amount of energy he needed to reach Second Sky was an astronomical figure.

With only the energy from Ferrell, he was still far from reaching his upper limit. He needed to swallow maybe three or five experts like Ferrell to fill his God power Ancient Tree and the soul pond.

Breaking through to the Territory Ancestor Realm wasn’t similar to the previous realms. Except for filling the God power Ancient Tree and understanding the power Upanishads deeper, he needed a strong and abundant soul pond!

Soul energy was one of the important elements for the next breakthrough in Territory Ancestor Realm. As long as the God power Ancient Tree and the soul pond had accumulated energy to a specific level, in addition to new understandings of power Upanishads, he could advance again.

It was also the reason why there were so many experts at First Sky of Territory Ancestor Realm but not many experts at the Second Sky. It was because of the almost-eternal progress!

A normal Territory Ancestor would need tens of thousands of years to accumulate energy in his God power Ancient Tree to reach the limit.

“You’ve completely refined Ferrell?” Forefather Dragon Lizard saw Shi Yan stay quiet with bright eyes so he figured something out and asked skeptically.

Grinning, Shi Yan nodded. “Ferrell doesn’t exist anymore.”

“How about watching their battle now?” asked Forefather Dragon Lizard.

The battle on this continent had settled the earth, erupted volcanoes, and collapsed mountains. The commotion of moving the mountains and leveling the seas amazed Forefather Dragon Lizard a lot. As he had been guarding Shi Yan for several days, he had estimated that the battle was between two Absolute Beginning creatures from the commotions and tremors. He was so eager to see how majestic this battle was.

“Sure!”

Divine lights shot from Shi Yan’s eyes.

Right after that, starlight bloomed from his body and turned him into a meteor that rocketed into the sky.

Staying extremely high in the sky, Shi Yan observed the area, his face becoming stern.

So many deep and rough abysses appeared on the ground, which were all massive and bottomless. From a further distance, so many mountains collapsed and seas were leveled. Zi Yao’s true body, now twelve separated snakes, sometimes gathered. The twelve heads sprayed different divine lights, which then turned into strange energy rivers in the sky.

The heavenly rivers in the sky weaved with each other and filled the sky.

The massive twelve-headed snake sometimes separated and became independent snakes. Each of them was tens of thousands of miles long and moved like a mountain range on the continent.

Wherever they went, they left deep chasms and made thick lines on the ground.

Inside the circle made of the snakes was a giant, turtle-like creature. That creature had a thick shell on the back with mysterious turtle shell patterns. This giant turtle was the true body of Yuan Zu, one of the Absolute Beginning creatures, which was called Yuan.

The Holy Beast Black Tortoise of the Heavenly Monster Tribe was created with Yuan as the model. However, the Holy Beast Black Tortoise was nothing compared to Yuan’s true body.

Beneath Yuan was the seething sea that he had created from his God power. The sea water there was mysteriously ink-black.

All of the twelve snakes was smaller than that giant turtle. Only when the twelve snakes combined could they relatively compare to that giant turtle.

In the sky, Shi Yan measured for a while and found that Yuan’s body had occupied more than half of this planet. From Shi Yan’s point of view, Yuan looked like a turtle lying on a table tennis racket. Shi Yan was amazed. He complimented that the Absolute Beginning creatures were so overbearing and their massive bodies were really terrifying.

Now he knew that his Absolute Beginning body was the smallest compared to Hui and Yuan.

Forefather Dragon Lizard’s real body couldn’t compare to them. Anyhow, Forefather Dragon Lizard was the second generation of Lizard, so his Absolute Beginning blood not pure enough. Thus, the power of his body couldn’t reach the level of real Absolute Beginning creatures.

At this moment, the two Absolute Beginning creatures Hui and Yuan were battling each other with their real bodies and messing up the entire planet. After every rainbow band shot away, a new bottomless chasm was left on the ground. While Hui was moving around, she also settled the earth.

Yuan cultivated Water power Upanishad. His energy created immense seas. Slowly, the ground of the continent was covered with sea water. Yuan was moving inside the vast sea swiftly.

“This continent is about to be smashed. Do you want to destroy this entire territory?” Yuan Zu’s voice thundered from Yuan’s body.

Zi Yao’s graceful figure appeared on the head of the snake. With a frosty visage, she said, “Let alone breaking this continent, I won’t mind if I destroy the entire territory. I will make everyone standing in my way never be able to move again!”

Splosh! Splosh!

The massive divine light net on the sky snatched down and tried to tie Yuan Zu.

Sizzle! Sizzle! Sizzle!

World-destroying electricity crawled on the net made of rivers of divine light with the power of erasing soul energy. Strings of a massive net suddenly became agile, long snakes that could shoot pure soul energy.

The fierce soul energy could change variously. In some positions, it became crystals, lightning, or even the flames. Altogether, they created an Absolute Beginning, complex formation.

“You don’t regret using an enormous amount of energy to seal me!” Yuan Zu bellowed indignantly. His giant turtle body wiggled. The dark sea underneath seethed powerfully. The sea water rose up to the sky rapidly.

At the same time, a massive bubble sparkling with strange and hazy light came out of Yuan Zu’s mouth. Rapid currents burst out from the bubble, which was the most exquisite ability of Water power Upanishad.

All of a sudden, so many water currents like strings connecting darkness coiled around the bubble. Inside the bubble, Yuan’s soul was vaguely discernible. A high wave that shadowed the entire world burst out from the bubble. It was like all the sea water in this sea of stars had gushed from that bubble and flooded the entire continent.

The sea water was rising rapidly and covering the ground, sky, and even Zi Yao’s massive divine light net!

Shi Yan and Forefather Dragon Lizard were also drowning because of the furious sea water. Inside the ink-black water, they couldn’t see anything.

A halo emerged in front of Shi Yan. Yuan Zu’s human form appeared strangely. With a grave face, he asked, “You’re Shi Yan, right? Do you want to get Zi Yao back, the Zi Yao you know?”

Shi Yan was surprised.

“I can help you. But you have to help me too. I have a method that can help Zi Yao’s soul backfire and seize Hui’s soul and memories. She can replace Hui eventually. If it works, your Zi Yao will be back. Hui of the Absolute Beginning Era will become part of Zi Yao’s memories,” said Yuan Zu seriously.

“How can I trust you?” Shi Yan squinted and smiled coldly.

“You don’t need to trust me. You just need to trust the real Zi Yao. I will create a chance for you to talk to her directly. You should persuade her to struggle hard and use her will to affect Hui’s decisions and power Upanishads.”
