Berserk God of War

At the same time, inside the mountain forest.

Whirr, whirr, whirr...

One by one, the people from Willow Leaf Saint Manor lay collapsed on the soil and fallen leaves, looking at the forest in the distance that had been leveled. They touched their necks and rasped, ”We... are actually still alive.”

These were the Willow Leaf Reinforcements from before, and they actually managed to escape. They never expected they could survive.

Of course, quite a few people died along the way.

But at least a few small leaders and two-thirds of the Willow Leaf Soldiers survived, which they could hardly believe.

After a while, a few small leaders gathered together again and looked towards the direction of Nidao City.

”It seems like a chaotic battle is happening now. Why did Imperial Dragon Mountain suddenly turn into the Qianyuan Holy Demon Hall?”

”What on earth is going on?”

”And how did the Dark Wings Commander create such a terrifying Soldier Killing Array earlier? Is that really something we could have done?”

Even now, they were completely puzzled and couldn’t understand the current situation.

And of course, they still didn’t know that it was Sikong Jingzhen using the Beast Killing Array that allowed such a terrifying Soldier Killing Array to be deployed.

Suddenly, one of the Willow Leaf small leaders hoarsely asked, ”What should we do now?”

The other small leaders shook their heads continuously upon hearing this, and one of them said, ”The Dark Wings Commander has disappeared, who knows what to do next?”

Just as those words fell... rustle, rustle, rustle!

A rustling sound suddenly emerged in the forest, immediately causing everyone’s hair to stand on end. They said, ”Who’s there?”

The next moment, a massive red-black claw appeared in front of them, followed by the emergence of a giant scorpion.

Thud...

All the Willow Leaf Reinforcements were dumbfounded, falling back to the ground in disbelief and exclaimed, ”The, the Split Armor Flying Scorpion.”

Indeed, it was the Split Armor Flying Scorpion.

Without any other words, it coldly stared at the Willow Leaf Soldiers sitting on the ground and emitted a cold female voice...

”Next, the Dark Wings Commander has two tasks for you.”

”First, take all the newly arrived Willow Leaf people and spread out in the mountain forests around Nidao City.”

”Every hill must have someone, but not many people are needed. Just ensure Nidao City is surrounded. Then, you must find every way to sever all the message bird routes and transmissions in and out of Nidao City.”

Upon hearing these words, everyone looked at each other and exhaled deeply.

It turned out this terrifying Split Armor Flying Scorpion was dispatched by the Dark Wings Commander to issue tasks, tasks they could understand — preventing any information about the battle in Nidao City from being transmitted out.

The Dark Wings Commander wanted to ensure the battlefield was sealed off completely.

Thinking of this, a Willow Leaf small leader quietly asked, ”So, what’s the second task?”

Upon hearing this, the Split Armor Flying Scorpion’s eyes flickered, and it quietly spoke out the content of the second task...

After hearing the content, everyone was dumbfounded.

Before they could react, the Split Armor Flying Scorpion reiterated intensely, ”Remember to complete the tasks, or Willow Leaf Saint Manor will perish.”

After finishing, the Split Armor Flying Scorpion flashed and disappeared in the direction of Nidao City.

Watching the back of the Split Armor Flying Scorpion, each Willow Leaf person looked at one another.

After standing blankly for a while, they finally began to act according to the orders, starting by locating some newly reinforced Willow Leaf teams to explain to them the situation of Nidao City and the two tasks of the Dark Wings Commander.

...

On the other side, on the battlefield of Nidao City...

”Overlord Commerce’s little masked man, let’s see how you resist now. Damn it, get over here!”

By now, it was unclear how long they had been fighting...

Changyong Emperor and Changyi Emperor were still locking on to Sikong Jing, and because of the addition of Qianyuan Holy Demon Soldiers and various minor formation masters, even Sikong Jing could no longer easily mobilize the Soldier Killing Array Power of Nidao City to fight back.

Sikong Jing, of course, couldn’t let himself influence the entire battlefield.

So now, the two Emperors saw hope in capturing him alive, and it seemed they could manage it in the next moment.

However, Sikong Jing coldly replied, ”Sorry, I’ll take my leave first.”

After speaking, Sikong Jing suddenly forced control of troops again, delivering a heavy blow to the two Emperors.

Right after, he turned without hesitation, immediately flashing up, and borrowed a King Realm demon beast mount of the Nidao Sect, using a treasure to accelerate towards the mountain forest outside Nidao City.

He, of course, intended to leave the battlefield.

Moreover, he prepared to lure the two Emperors away from the battlefield too...

In the current situation, as long as he led the two Emperors away, it would basically ensure Nidao City wouldn’t face a disastrous defeat.

And the two Emperors would certainly pursue, because of Changyong Emperor’s orders, and also because Sikong Jing had already become a thorn and a must-capture person in their eyes.

”Still trying to escape, dreaming!”

Sure enough, as the two Emperors shattered Sikong Jing’s Soldier Killing Move, they roared and pursued without hesitation.

They weren’t worried about the battle situation in Nidao City, even though the situation was gradually slipping from their previous control and even though many Qianyuan Holy Demon Soldiers had been wiped out, their troop advantage remained substantial...

More importantly...

This Dark Wings Commander was very mysterious. If he escaped, who knows what he might bring out.

Previously, his one departure from the city had forced Changyong Emperor’s big move to fail to destroy Nidao City!

”This kid is the key to this war, he must be captured alive.”

This was the mission the two Emperors had to complete.

In a flash, the chase of two against one crashed into the surrounding mountain forest.

And Sikong Jing’s departure, of course, also caught the attention of everyone on the battlefield...

At this moment, Sect Master Zhang shouted loudly, ”The Dark Wings Commander led away the two Emperors alone with just the Heavenly King Realm. He is so fearless, we must fight to the end, we must win.”

”We absolutely cannot let the Dark Wings Commander make a futile effort.”

Sect Master Zhang was still controlling the Hundred-man Soldier Killing Formation, but his whole body was covered in blood, both that of his enemies and his own.

Meanwhile, countless warriors of Nidao City, spurred on by his words, shouted in one voice: Fight to the end!

Even the Dark Wings Commander dared to lead away two Emperors with just the Heavenly King Realm, what would they dare not do?

Meanwhile, Shi Douxing was still fiercely battling Changyong Emperor, his eyes cold as he said, ”Qianyuan Holy Demon Hall, your plan will ultimately fail, and you will all regret it in the Willow Leaf City Region...”

Changyong Emperor heard this, his eyes flashing coldly, sharply replied, ”Shi Douxing, now I allow you to surrender, as long as you fully disclose the Overlord Commerce’s arrangements to us, you can even stand on equal footing with me.”

He intended to entice and recruit Shi Douxing.

He wanted to make Shi Douxing waver and lose his battle intent, but Shi Douxing was unshakeable. Someone once recognized by Su Beiheng could never waver easily, only to continue... Kill, kill, kill!

...

Sikong Jing rode a King Realm demon beast mount, continuously accelerating and flashing into the mountain forest.

But no matter how fast he was, he couldn’t escape the pursuit of the two Emperors, and finally, in a canyon, the two Emperors blocked his path from front and back, their True Qi directly pressing him in the middle of the canyon.
