Nine Revolutions Star Transformation

After returning to the Cyan Frost Emperor Palace, Chu Lin immediately went back to the main hall. Although the matter with Zuo Gufei was resolved, the upcoming Immortal Beast war was troubling, and he had to discuss with everyone how to handle it.

Furthermore, Zuo Gufei’s Cold Sha Emperor Palace should also be brought within his sphere of influence; this way, Cyan Frost Emperor Palace would truly be the greatest power in the Immortal Realm.

Chu Lin sat at the top of the hall, looking at the most important members of the palace below, and said: ”What opinions do you have on the forthcoming Immortal Beast war? My time in the Immortal Realm hasn’t been long, so I am not sure of the specifics. Other factions are all preparing, and naturally, my Cyan Frost Emperor Palace shouldn’t lag behind others.”

”Palace Master, the Immortal Beast war isn’t a battle of the strong, but a chaotic warfare between the immortals and Immortal Beast armies. It requires a sufficient number of personnel to participate and a Commander-in-Chief who can strategize; only then can we defeat the Immortal Beast army.” said an Elder Immortal Emperor.

”The Second Elder makes a good point. Our current army is still too small, and we must recruit more troops. However, with numerous cities under Cyan Frost Emperor Palace, if each city contributes ten thousand troops, that’s about five hundred thousand soldiers.”

”Yet this number is far from enough; the Immortal Beast army has at least two million troops, so we must recruit another five hundred thousand soldiers, which involves a massive consumption of Immortal Stones; the Palace Master must be prepared.” another elder stated.

”The Palace Master need not worry too much; the consumption of Immortal Stones can be directly subsidized by each City Lord’s Mansion, but then there may be no more taxes paid. The Palace Master should understand that a powerful army requires sufficient material supply.”

”Currently, the strength of our Cyan Frost Emperor Palace is not weaker than Emperor Wu Spirit Realm, though our resources are far from theirs. Furthermore, many immortals are unwilling to join the army; this requires the Palace Master to take assertive measures.” the Second Elder said at this time.

Though not very experienced with commanding armies, Chu Linfeng has had experience; he was once the National Guardian General of the Celestial Dragon Empire, determining the outcome of battles with the command of both sides’ leaders and the army’s strength.

The common soldiers typically have Celestial and Golden Immortal strength, with some even at the Earth Immortal stage. In terms of defense power, Immortal Beasts are considerably stronger than immortals, especially those with huge sizes - a single Immortal Beast can fully resist three to four immortals.

In this situation, if the numbers of both sides are similar, the consequences are evident; hence, the recruited soldiers need to be more powerful. If all have Golden Immortal or Daluo Golden Immortal strength, they can definitely face one-on-one and even one-on-two.

However, recruiting such soldiers is quite difficult; as that elder mentioned, many are unwilling to join the army, as joining would inevitably involve life-threatening battles.

Chu Linfeng looked at the crowd, constantly thinking of countermeasures. If some strong individuals could be gathered to form a special army, such a force would surely be a mighty troop, causing severe damage to the enemy.

But such individuals must at least have the strength of the Nine Heavens Profound Immortal Realm, and if they’re of the Immortal Monarch Realm, that would be ideal. Chu Linfeng already had plans in mind.

Looking at everyone below, he said: ”I’ve made my decision; recruit another fifty thousand ordinary Immortal soldiers whose strength is below Daluo Golden Immortal, within the next ten years.

Additionally, form two special troops: one with immortals from Daluo Golden Immortal to Early-stage Nine Heavens Profound Immortal Realm, and one with powerhouses from Middle Stage of Nine Heavens Profound Immortal to Late Stage Immortal Monarch.

Later, the Grand Elder and Second Elder will convey my order to the City Lord of each city, preparing a list of individuals from Daluo Golden Immortal Realm to Late Stage Immortal Monarch; I want these people to join strongly, and those who defy will be directly killed without mercy.

Participating in the Immortal Beast war is a duty every immortal should fulfill; cowardly and greedy for life, those unworthy shouldn’t remain in this world. Additionally, occupy the Cold Sha Emperor Palace tomorrow; I believe some soldiers can still be recruited within the territory of the Cold Sha Emperor Palace.”

Chu Linfeng’s words fell, and the hall instantly fell silent; unexpectedly, even powerhouses from Late Stage Immortal Monarch had to join the army; such things have never happened in the Immortal Realm. Yet, Chu Linfeng’s words were like an imperial decree that none dared to challenge.

After looking at the doubtful expressions of everyone, Chu Linfeng said: ”This isn’t a disgraceful thing; once the war ends, freedom will naturally be restored. Moreover, I don’t have that much material to supply these people.”

Daluo Golden Immortals will be handled by Flame Immortal Monarch and the Grand Elder, while Early-stage Nine Heavens Profound Immortals and Immortal Monarchs will be personally handled by me. After the Cold Sha Emperor Palace is destroyed, this task will begin.”

”Palace Master, many Immortal Monarch powerhouses probably won’t accept your opinion! This will be very difficult!” said a Protector.

”Not accept? In the Immortal Realm, no one dares not accept my opinion; defying orders will lead to execution without favor, regardless of who they are. Those who refuse to contribute to the Immortal Realm in its time of need have only one outcome, death!

Even those present who refuse will face the same outcome, the words I speak shall not be altered, everyone must be prepared.” Chu Linfeng said, the kingly aura emanating from him causing everyone to tremble in fear.

”Of course, I, Chu Linfeng, will not mistreat everyone. After the war, certainly, there will be rewards based on merit; the one with the greatest contribution will get top-tier items in the Immortal Realm, but what they are will be revealed when the Immortal Beast war begins.” Chu Linfeng continued.’

”We will certainly fulfill the Palace Master’s task!” ”We will certainly fulfill the Palace Master’s task!” Everyone said in unison, the hall’s atmosphere instantly becoming very passionate, as if ready for battle.

”Good! Excellent! Tomorrow, the four elders will accompany me to the Cold Sha Emperor Palace, others will guard the Cyan Frost Emperor Palace. Once I return, immediately execute this task; I believe with our special troops, victory is assured.

In addition, I’ll name these two troops Eagle’s Might and Overlord’s Army; I believe their existence will make the entire Immortal Realm proud.” Chu Linfeng said.

The discussion in the hall lasted a long time; everyone was incredibly passionate, having someone like Chu Linfeng, a rare genius and peerless powerhouse, to personally lead filled everyone with hope for the Immortal Beast war.

Chu Linfeng then returned to his new chamber; the important matters discussed in the hall did not include several women. When Chu Linfeng returned, he went straight to the hall, so the women knew he was back but didn’t have time to speak.

”Lin Feng, how did the matter with Zuo Gufei go?” Xuanyuan Yueyan asked.

Chu Linfeng then informed all the women of the situation with Zuo Gufei, leaving them astonished; they never expected his Immortal Infant could escape to the Demon Realm...
