Nine Revolutions Star Transformation

Chapter 775: Chapter 796: Pre-Wedding Turmoil (Part 2)

The sound of footsteps suddenly came from outside the door, which startled Lin Ruoxi even though it didn’t affect Chu Linfeng. The moaning immediately ceased.

With a face full of tension, she said to Lin Feng, ”Lin Feng, it seems like Yiyi is here. What should we do? If she finds out, how can I face anyone?”

”Didn’t I say before? With me here, there’s nothing to fear. Let’s continue,” Chu Linfeng said casually.

”No, I can’t afford to lose face like this. Even if we’re to tell Yiyi, we should wait until after her wedding. How can I face her with you doing this? Quickly, find a place to hide,” Lin Ruoxi said urgently. This might be the most nervous she had ever been in her life, with sweat dripping from her forehead.

Seeing her anxious look, Chu Linfeng felt a bit sorry and smiled, ”Alright then! You handle her yourself.”

Just then, Princess Yiyi came to Lin Ruoxi’s door and called out, ”Ruoxi, what are you doing? Are you sick? Why did I hear such sounds?”

At this moment, Chu Linfeng quickly jumped out of bed without even putting on clothes, immediately using Earth Transformation to sink into the ground. Seeing this, Lin Ruoxi finally breathed a sigh of relief.

”I’m fine, do you have something to ask me?” Lin Ruoxi replied hastily while quickly putting on her underwear and wrapper. Just as she finished, Yiyi pushed the door open and came in, and Lin Ruoxi hid under the covers.

After entering the room, Princess Yiyi closed the door and walked up to Lin Ruoxi, saying, ”Are you hot? Why is your forehead full of sweat? Are you sick? With your strength, it’s impossible to get sick!”

”I’m not sick, just feeling a bit weak. Princess Yiyi, could you please step out while I change clothes?” Lin Ruoxi said hurriedly, as it would be hard to explain if Yiyi saw her current state.

”We’re both women, what are you afraid of? Besides, it’s not like I haven’t seen your body before. Just change here!” Princess Yiyi said with a smile, though she noticed something familiar.

Before Lin Ruoxi could speak, Princess Yiyi said, ”Ruoxi, why are there men’s clothes on your bed? And these clothes seem to be Lin Feng’s? What’s going on?”

Princess Yiyi didn’t wait for Lin Ruoxi to answer and started searching the room, but after a long time, she didn’t find any trace of Chu Linfeng. Naturally, there was only one place she hadn’t checked, which was under the covers that Lin Ruoxi was under.

She immediately pulled the cover off Lin Ruoxi, revealing only Lin Ruoxi beneath, wearing very little, just her wrapper and underwear, not even pajamas. This made Princess Yiyi feel strange.

Moreover, the sheets seemed to have a familiar yet strange scent, and there were traces of water stains, although few, they were visible to her.

Lin Ruoxi’s wrapper belt was not tied properly, further convincing her that something unusual was happening, leading her to suspect that Lin Ruoxi had been engaging in that sacred activity with someone, who might very well be Lin Feng.

Because there were his clothes on the bed, especially the man’s underwear was quite obvious. However, she had two doubts in her heart: Lin Feng and Lin Ruoxi are siblings, and logically, wouldn’t do anything against common sense, and the other point was that there was no sign of Chu Linfeng in the whole room, which made her feel strange.

”Yiyi, have you had enough? You’re wondering if I’m messing around with some man after seeing me like this? Catching a thief, you need evidence, catching adultery, you need to catch them in the act. I hope you don’t think that way,” Lin Ruoxi said angrily, immediately fastening her wrapper.

”Ruoxi, that’s not what I meant. But I heard a strange sound just now, a sound like that made during intimate moments, and then I saw you like this, with a man’s clothes on the bed, so it seemed strange,” Princess Yiyi explained hastily.

Lin Ruoxi is Lin Feng’s sister, who would be my sister-in-law in the future, so I can’t afford to offend her, though I still hope Lin Ruoxi will provide a reasonable explanation.

”I was dreaming, do you believe that? We’re both young girls; it’s natural to have strange dreams. Maybe my dream was too real and I got too involved, leading to the sounds you heard and the mess on the bed. As for the clothes, it’s simple. My brother asked me to wash them. I was going to do it after getting up, but you came at this time,” Lin Ruoxi explained.

Princess Yiyi looked at Lin Ruoxi in surprise and said, ”Did you really have such a dream? That’s rare. Do you have a man you like? Otherwise, why would you have such a dream in broad daylight!”

”I don’t, but how did you know what sound I made? Have you experienced it? Have you and my brother consummated already? Out with it, or you won’t leave today!” Lin Ruoxi said as she took hold of Princess Yiyi’s weak spot.

At this moment, Chu Linfeng, hiding in the earth, felt quite frustrated, almost caught in bed. Originally, it was not a big deal, but with Lin Ruoxi saying as much, he could only admit defeat. He silently slipped out to a place with no one around, then quickly took out clothes from his Storage Ring to change. If someone saw him like this, it would be utterly embarrassing.

Once ready, Chu Linfeng headed towards Lin Ruoxi’s room, ”Ruoxi, are you there? Have you washed my clothes?”

With this sentence, Chu Linfeng completely cleared up the misunderstanding between him and Lin Ruoxi. Princess Yiyi immediately opened the door and said, ”Lin Feng, you’ve returned from the Ghost Secret Realm! I came because I was bored and wanted to check on Ruoxi.”

After saying this, Princess Yiyi felt a bit embarrassed, realizing she forgot Lin Feng was still in the Ghost Secret Realm. Lin Ruoxi would surely be angry, but considering her status as a princess, she held back her temper.

”I just came out; I was looking for you but found you weren’t in your room, so I came to find my sister. Is she still in bed, not feeling well?” Chu Linfeng asked.

”Brother, I’m fine, can you step out for a bit while I change clothes?” Lin Ruoxi said.

Chu Linfeng immediately turned and left, leaving Princess Yiyi to realize she had misunderstood them, feeling her suspicions were a bit too much.

”Ruoxi, I’m sorry. I shouldn’t have doubted you. You won’t be mad at your sister, right?” Princess Yiyi said quickly.

”No, I was just worried you’d tell others my secrets. Since we both have secrets, let’s keep them for each other,” Lin Ruoxi said with a smile. Luckily, this misunderstanding was resolved without incident, though Chu Linfeng’s antics were frustrating and irritating. At least he arrived just in time to clear up the misunderstanding, though next time, I won’t mess around with him again.
