Nine Revolutions Star Transformation

Chapter 612: Chapter 631: If I Can’t Have It, I’ll Destroy It

Lin Ruoxi said at this moment, ”Second sister, why don’t you wait here while I bring Lin Feng over?”

”Don’t lie to me. If you dare deceive me, I’ll die right in front of you, leaving you guilty for life because you stole my man,” Lin Ziping said.

Lin Ruoxi felt unable to argue her case. She wasn’t sure if it was her bad luck or if Lin Ziping was truly unfortunate and deserved sympathy. She left Lin Ziping’s room, feeling much lighter.

Chu Linfeng took out numerous elixirs and star stones from Lin Dong’s room, saying, ”These elixirs and star stones will considerably aid you. Ruoxi now counts as a true top-notch master, which is crucial for the Lin Family’s development. Don’t delay any further; consider this as a token of our goodwill!”

Lin Dong had never seen so many star stones and elixirs. Elixirs were exceptionally rare and seemed even more precious than star stones in his perception.

”Isn’t this too valuable? You should keep them for your own use,” Lin Dong politely refused.

”Since I’m giving them to you, I’m sure I still have more. You should accept them; otherwise, Ruoxi will be upset,” Chu Linfeng said. He knew Lin Dong was feeling awkward due to his status and had to resort to Ruoxi to persuade him.

Just then, Lin Ruoxi’s voice sounded from outside the door, ”Lin Feng, come out, accompany me to see the second sister. She might be stimulated and seems a bit abnormal.”

Chu Linfeng then walked out the door and asked, ”What’s abnormal? Eating and sleeping well is best. I don’t have the heart to see her.”

Lin Ruoxi naturally didn’t know what happened previously. Seeing Chu Linfeng’s indifferent attitude, she said, ”She’s my second sister, and thus your second sister too. Are you not even giving me face?”

These words slightly surprised Chu Linfeng. The usually graceful Lin Ruoxi having a fierce side was indeed rare. If he didn’t go, she would surely be unhappy. As they seldom had time together, he had no choice but to reluctantly agree.

”Alright, let’s go see your second sister, so you won’t be upset then!” Chu Linfeng said with a bitter smile.

The two of them then arrived at Lin Ziping’s room. At this moment, Lin Ziping was meticulously dressing herself at the vanity, with a table full of food and wine. Seeing Chu Linfeng and Lin Ruoxi enter, she smiled slightly, ”Lin Feng, Ruoxi, you’re here! Come, sit down. I’ve already prepared the food and wine; today we’ll have a good drink, I’ll be ready soon!”

Lin Ruoxi was slightly shocked; how quickly she prepared the food and wine was a little terrifying.

Her tone and demeanor were completely normal, leaving Chu Linfeng confused about why Lin Ruoxi claimed her sister was irrational. Could it all be an act? If so, this woman’s cunning perhaps ran deep.

”Second sister, I’ve brought Lin Feng. You won’t talk about dying anymore, right?” Lin Ruoxi said helplessly. Indeed, Lin Ziping’s behavior seemed quite strange.

”Hehe, what are you talking about? Isn’t the second sister just standing here fine? You’ve been gone three whole years, haven’t even come back to see father and me. Clearly having a husband and forgetting your maiden family,” Lin Ziping said as she finished dressing and walked over.

But instead of sitting beside Lin Ruoxi, she sat by Chu Linfeng, her eyes showing a ravenous, eager hunger as she gazed at Chu Linfeng, which was somewhat frightening.

She then poured wine for the two of them, filled herself a cup, and said, ”Let’s drink this cup for the reunion after three years.”

She then lifted the cup and drank it in one go. Not wanting to spoil her mood, Chu Linfeng and Lin Ruoxi reluctantly raised their cups and drank.

After they drank, a cold, sinister smile briefly appeared on Lin Ziping’s face, which Chu Linfeng noticed. He couldn’t understand why she would show such a smile.

”Second sister, if you have anything to say, speak up. Neither Lin Feng nor I know when we’ll be back again. If we have offended you in the past, please bear with us. After all, we’re sisters; let some matters not matter too much,” Lin Ruoxi said.

Lin Ziping glanced at Chu Linfeng and Lin Ruoxi and said, ”Since Ruoxi already said so, I’ll be straightforward. I have feelings for Lin Feng. I want to serve him together with you. Since that time we parted at the City Lord’s Mansion, my mind has been filled with him. Only a man like him deserves me, Lin Ziping. Ruoxi, you’re not objecting, right?”

Upon hearing this, Chu Linfeng’s temper flared, feeling this woman was truly delusional. Even if all the women in the world perished, he would never want her, especially since she was already damaged goods.

”Lin Ziping, I won’t agree to this. Out of respect for Ruoxi, I won’t argue with you but don’t want to hear about this again. If you can live properly, you’ll remain Ruoxi’s second sister. But if you stubbornly cling on, your life will be filled with pain. Beware!” Chu Linfeng said as he stood, ready to leave.

”Second sister, Lin Feng’s words are mine. He isn’t someone any woman can have overnight. Don’t forget you’re a married woman. If such a person becomes the Grand General’s woman, how would he lift his head before others? I can’t understand what made you change; previously, you strongly objected to his marriage and now desperately want it. Could it be only because he’s accomplished now?” Lin Ruoxi said.

”Fine, you two leave! If you dare walk out that door, I’ll make you regret it for life. What I, Lin Ziping, can’t have, no one else can either,” Lin Ziping said.

”Are you planning to do something foolish?” Lin Ruoxi asked urgently. She knew her second sister’s temper well. If she couldn’t have something, she’d destroy it without hesitation, even if it was her most beloved possession.

”Hehe, don’t worry, even if I die, you’ll follow me. We drank poisoned wine earlier; I spent a fortune on it. There’s simply no antidote in this world. Chu Linfeng, I can’t have you in life, but dying with you isn’t half bad.

Back then, I underestimated you. Didn’t realize you’re a true man; Ruoxi, that ugly dune, got you for nothing. Do you regret it now? Hahaha!” Lin Ziping said.

Chu Linfeng and Lin Ruoxi were both slightly shocked, not expecting Lin Ziping to do such a foolish thing. Suddenly, Lin Ziping spat a mouthful of blood and collapsed to the ground...
