Cultivating Disciples to Breakthrough

Using the drifting cloud steps, it did not take long for Xuan Hao to reach the perimeter of the mountain range that the Ascendant Frost Hall was located on.

”This is... A demonic cultivator at the Peak of the Third Demonic Transformation...” Discovering the demonic cultivator hovering in the air only a short distance away from the Ascendant Frost Hall, Xuan Hao could not help frowning.

A demonic cultivator at the Peak of the Third Demonic Transformation Realm should be comparable to a Peak Domain Lord Realm Expert.

At his current realm, although he was close to the Peak of the Domain Lord Realm, Xuan Hao had no idea about just how well he would fare in an actual battle against an opponent at this realm.

To be honest, I’m starting to look forward to it...

Thinking this to himself, Xuan Hao could not help smiling wryly. Ever since he reached the Eighth stage of the Domain Lord Realm, he had never gotten a chance to test out his strength properly against an opponent...

The demonic cultivator floating in front of the Ascendant Frost Hall was truly a perfect opponent to test out his current strength!

”So, you are the one that destroyed my imprint? If I devour your cultivation base, I’m sure I will have a chance to break through to the True Demon Realm!” Not bothering to hide his intentions of killing him and devouring his cultivation base, a sinister smile slowly appeared on the inhuman face of the demonic cultivator as he discovered Xuan Hao moving over.

”Indeed...”

”Hehe, this is great! I thought you might be someone more powerful... But from the looks of it, you have only reached the Eighth Stage of the Domain Lord Realm! Haha, killing you won’t even take me more than a few seconds!”

”...”

Hearing the demonic cultivator suddenly laughing at him, Xuan Hao didn’t bother talking with the other party-

Swish-!

Directly using the drifting cloud steps to close the distance between himself and the demonic cultivator before taking out his sword and slashing down towards the demonic cultivator with all his strength. Not bothering to try and probe the true strength of the other party, something that was common to do in fights to get a feel for the strength of one’s opponent.

”Wait- Aaah-!”

BOOOM!

Not having expected for Xuan Hao to suddenly launch an all-out attack from the start, the demonic cultivator in the Third Demonic Transformation Realm could only cry out in pain as the sword cut into his flesh before trying to get to his soul.

ROAAR!

Letting out a primal roar as he felt the threat of death approaching, the demonic cultivator rapidly started growing in size while at the same time retreating in the direction of the Frozen Wasteland to attempt Xuan Hao from launching a follow up attack.

Bang!

”Y-you! How dare you attack me like that!”

Finishing his transformation and stopping the sword of Xuan Hao from getting to his soul, the demonic cultivator stared in the direction of Xuan Hao filled with killing intent. However, this time around the playful manner from earlier had completely disappeared.

From the earlier attack, the demonic cultivator understood that Xuan Hao would not be an easy opponent to deal with!

No... It would be more accurate to say that the demonic cultivator had no idea if it could even kill him!

”This should be far enough away from the Ascendant Frost Hall...” Looking in the direciton the demonic cultivator that had already retreated far into in the Frozen Wasteland due to his earlier attack, Xuan Hao could not help letting out a sigh of relief.

Given just how terrifying a battle between cultivator at the Domain Lord Realm was, Xuan Hao wanted to move the demonic cultivator away from the Ascendant Frost Hall to prevent it from getting accidently destroyed during their fight.

”But... How did he grow so big...?” Muttering this to himself as he made his way over towards the demonic cultivator, Xuan Hao could not help feeling amazed at the sheer size of the demonic cultivator after his transformation.

Not only had he grown to a size of around 30 meters, but he had also grown another pair of arms...

Swish-!

Knowing that he could not allow for the demonic cultivator to fully recover and come over to him, Xuan Hao made the first move as he moved toward the massive titan sized demonic cultivator.

Not bothering to think too much about the sudden size change and new arms of the demonic cultivator...

...

BOOOOOM-!

Feeling the aftershocks of the powerful sword attack from Xuan Hao when he forced the demonic cultivator back into the Frozen Wasteland, the sect master of the Ascendant Frost Hall could not help throwing up a large amount of blood as the Frost Guardian Formation slowly started crumbling away around her.

Although the power from Xuan Hao’s sword slash was focused on the demonic cultivator, the tiny amount that leaked out and hit the formation of the Ascendant Frost Hall, was far too much for the formation to handle.

Crack~

Soon enough, the formation completely broke down. Revealing the haggard state of all the Nascent Soul Realm Elders who had been using their power to support the formation so far.

”This is a fight between Domain Lord Realm Experts...” Standing up after wiping away the blood around her lips, the sect master of the Ascendant Frost Hall could not help staring in the direction that the demonic cultivator and mysterious human Domain Lord had disappeared in.

Even in her current state, she still could not believe just what had happened today.

First the constant stream of demonic cultivators and then, when everything had finally started calming down again, a powerful demonic cultivator showed up and forced her to go all out and use the Frost Guardian Formation to fight back.

To make matters even worse, just when she was about to lose, an even more powerful demonic cultivator showed up!

This time around, she thought her sect was done for sure... But then a mysterious human Domain Lord showed up in the last second and began fighting the demonic cultivator.

Boom-boom-boom!

Just listening to the sounds constantly erupting from the Frozen Wastelands, she could easily imagine just how terrifying the battle was growing.

”At this point in time I don’t even care anymore...” Muttering this to herself, the sect master of the Ascendant Frost Hall laid down on the ground exhausted. Wanting nothing more than to return to her quiet days spent cultivating peacefully in seclusion without anyone coming to disturb her-

”SECT MASTER!”

”...”

Hearing the loud voice calling out for her, the sect master of the Ascendant Frost Hall could not help cursing at the heavens inside her head.

Swish~

”What is it...?”

Turning her head in the direction of the loud voice, the sect master was not even surprised upon seeing the second elder suddenly appearing in front of her.

”Sect Master... Is something wrong...?”

”No, I just exhausted my dantian and nascent soul and need some time to recover... By the way, why are you here?” Coming up with an excuse for her current situation of lying like a dead fish on the ground without moving a single muscle, the sect master of the Ascendant Frost Hall asked this.

From what she remembered, the second elder should be making his way to the Star Shattering Sect to ask for assistance and...

”Ah... Is the Domain Lord Realm Expert perhaps one of the Domain Lords from the Star Shattering Sect?”

”Yes...”

Not even giving the second elder any time to answer her question, the sect master of the Ascendant Frost Hall quickly put two and two together and figured out the identity of the Domain Lord that had come to her rescue.

”Wait... If a Domain Lord from the Star Shattering Sect is here... You succeeded!?”

”Well, yes, but-”

Swish-!

BANG!

Interrupting the second elder before he had a chance to talk, a massive demonic looking arm suddenly came flying through the air before landing a few meters away from both of them. Looking closer it could clearly be seen that the demonic arm had been cleanly sliced off in one move.

”It looks like the Domain Lord from the Star Shattering Sect is winning... Or at the very least, he should be doing quite well...”

”Indeed, Grand Elder Xuan can be considered the strongest person in the Star Shattering Sect according to what I learned so far!”

”Grand Elder Xuan?”

”Yes! Grand Elder Xuan is-”

Swish-!

BANG!

Once again, the second elder was interrupted mid-sentence, as another arm came flying through the air before landing a short distance away from where the first had landed.

”Maybe we should move away from the sect for the moment until Grand Elder Xuan finishes his fight...”

”Sound like a great idea sect master...”

Coming to an agreement, the sect master and the second elder both made their way towards where the rest of the elders and disciples had gathered before starting to move away from the place where the fighting between Xuan Hao and the demonic cultivator was taking place.
