Cultivating Disciples to Breakthrough

Fwoosh!

A terrifying wall of fire erupted from the ground and surrounded the Raging Flame Sect, blocking Feng Chen the moment he showed arrived at the entrance to the Raging Flame Sect. Compared to Xuan Hao who could effortlessly sneak inside, Feng Chen would have to face the giant sect protection formation covering the entire Raging Flame Sect.

”I see that you are doing fine here~ I will head over and deal with the ones from the Azure Sky Kingdom! Good luck Fengfeng~”

Arriving besides him as she stared up at the giant wall of fire that surrounded the entire Raging Flame Sect, Shu Yao patted his shoulder lightly as she encouraged him before disappearing in the direction of the Azure Sky Kingdoms newly established army camp.

At this point in time, Feng Chen could already feel several auras at the Nascent Soul Realm flaring up from the Azure Sky Kingdoms army camp and the Raging Flame Sect.

”Sect Master of the Flying Sword Sect, Feng Chen! Looks like your Flying Sword Sect and the Spring Flower Sect are indeed working together to destroy MY Raging Flame Sect!”

As he was looking over in the direction of the Azure Sky Kingdom’s newly established army camp that Shu Yao had gone towards, an angry voice echoed out from behind the wall of fire surrounding the Burning Flame Sect. Followed by this, an elderly man slowly became visible at the place where the entrance to the Raging Flame Sect was located.

A thick killing intent slowly enveloped Feng Chen, as he clearly saw the features of the old man before him.

”Grand Elder…”

The person who had made his way out to meet him face to face was the Grand Elder of the Raging Flame Sect!

When it came to strength, the Grand Elder had been the Sect Master of the Raging Flame Sect in the past and could be considered the second strongest person in the Raging Flame Sect!

”You reached the eighth stage of the Nascent Soul Realm?”

Feeling the aura of the elder in front of him, Feng Chen slightly narrowed his eyes, he had not expected that the Grand Elder who already had one step into the grave would actually breakthrough from the seventh stage of the Nascent Soul Realm and reach the eighth stage!

”Haha, indeed… But it looks like I can’t compare to the younger generation anymore and will have to rely on our sect’s formation from the looks of it.”

Narrowing his eye as he said this, the wall of fire behind him began to move as it spread out and headed directly towards Feng Chen.

The surrounding trees and lakes around the entrance of the Raging Flame Sect was caught up in the inferno that the Grand Elder had unleashed.

Trees turned to ash, while the water vaporized in an instant after coming into contact with the terrifying inferno unleashed by the Grand Elder with the help of the formation guarding the Raging Flame Sect.

Swish~

Feng Chen did not dare to be careless in front of the terrifying inferno unleashed by the Grand Elder of the Raging Flame Sect as he readied his sword.

Even if he was a minor realm above him and a sword cultivator. The sheer power behind the inferno was more than enough to reduce him to ashes if he was careless!

The guardian formation of the Raging Flame Sect could not be underestimated! Especially when the Grand Elder who had helped build it in the past was in charge of the formation, together with five other Nascent Soul Realm Experts supporting the formation from the inside!

Boom!

Not holding back in the slightest against the incoming inferno, Feng Chen directly gathered his strength in his sword as he swung down with all his might. Directly carving a path through the inferno before hitting the guardian formation of the Raging Flame Sect that barely manged to protect the Grand Elder from the attack!

”Wha- How come you improved so much!?”

The Grand Elder of the Raging Flame Sect could not help but scream out as he looked towards Feng Chen filled with disbelief.

How come the Flying Sword Sect’s Sect Master suddenly became so strong all of a sudden? Was he not only at the Seventh Stage of the Nascent Soul Realm a few months ago…?

Boom!

The Grand Elder had originally thought that Feng Chen had used some kind of demonic technique to improve his cultivation by two minor realms forcefully, but as he continued his attacks without stop, he soon realized that he could not damage Feng Chen in the slightest.

”I-I don’t believe this!”

Screaming loudly as his expression contorted heavily, the inferno once again appeared as it headed towards Feng Chen.

But compared to before, the Grand Elder Suddenly materialized several different symbols with his qi before they flew over and merged together with the inferno heading over in the direction of Feng Chen.

Fwsh~

The symbols then proceed to merge together with the inferno as both the disciples from the Raging Flame Sect and the few wandering cultivators passing by, watched in horror as the inferno intensified to an unbearable degree.

Even to the point that a few unlucky wandering cultivators standing too close were directly vaporized by it.

The rest of the wandering cultivators outside the Raging Flame Sect watching the battle, were smart enough to back the hell away from the terrifying inferno heading in the direction of the Flying Sword Sect’s Sect Master, Feng Chen.

They were terrified after seeing the scene of the wandering cultivators just here to watch the fight be vaporized in an instant and die without even knowing how they died.

Just the sheer heat from the inferno was more than enough to turn them into nothingness in the blink of an eye… What would happen if one were to be directly hit by it…?

Thinking about this, the surviving spectators could not help but feel a sense of pity as they looked over towards Feng Chen where the inferno was heading.
