Naruto: Adopted Son of Minato

Chapter 476: NASM: Chapter 476

”Wow, I’ve finally finished eating. I didn’t expect that these things would actually be this delicious. I feel that my stomach isn’t hungry at all now, and I also drank so much water just now. These compressed biscuits have completely expanded! My stomach is completely stretched out now. I completely don’t feel any hunger!” Hiroshi touched his stomach, then said with a smile.

But Hiroshi discovered that Harumiko next to him was still eating things all the time at this moment. It felt like she would never finish eating. He was indeed very curious.

”So Harumiko has been eating things in small bites all the time. This is indeed a very good habit. She always eats things in small bites no matter when, no matter how hungry she is, but she’ll eat things in big bites when the two of us go out to eat alone. It seems that she’s indeed deciding on her way of eating based on the people next to her!” Hiroshi thought to himself.

”I really didn’t expect that these things would actually be this effective. I’ve eaten this much, and I feel that my stomach is already completely full now. It’s completely different from my usual amount of food!” Harumiko took a big gulp of water at that moment, then said to Hiroshi next to her with a smile.

Hiroshi nodded with a smile after hearing what Harumiko had just said, then said, ”Of course. These things have all been compressed. They’ll expand in your stomach as long as we drink water. This can also be considered a very top-notch thing!”

Harumiko nodded with realization after hearing what Hiroshi had just said. She felt that she was already full now and completely couldn’t eat anything else.

”That’s really too good. I must go rest right away now. I exercised for such a long time just now, and my stomach is already full now. It would be too wonderful to take a nap at this time!” Hiroshi said with a smile at that moment. Then, he stood up and stretched.

Harumiko shook her head after hearing what Hiroshi had just said, then said, ”Haha, you probably go to sleep directly like this every time you finish eating. That’s not good for your body. It’ll turn the food in your stomach into fat, and then you’ll become fat!”

”Look at me. I always exercise a little after finishing eating to let my stomach digest a little before I lie down and sleep for a little while. That way, my figure will always be maintained!” Harumiko said softly to Hiroshi in these last few words.

Hiroshi understood all of a sudden why Harumiko was able to always maintain such a perfect figure after hearing what Harumiko had just said. It turned out that she always exercised for a little while after finishing eating. This was indeed a secret.

”So that’s how it is, but my habit is to lie down and sleep for a little while after finishing eating. I always feel that that’s very comfortable. I indeed don’t have this habit of yours. To exercise for a little while after finishing eating, and then lie down and sleep!” Hiroshi said to Harumiko with a smile at that moment.

Harumiko nodded with longing after hearing what Hiroshi had just said, and then she stood up and started to walk back and forth inside the observation post.

”I have to say that such a habit is indeed a good habit, but I indeed can’t learn it. I’m too sleepy now. I must lie down and rest!” Hiroshi thought to himself while looking at Harumiko walking back and forth.
