Chapter 73: Chapter 73: Wolf Father Sends the Concubine.

A moment later,

the changes in Wolf Dad’s body gradually stopped.

His already large wolf frame had grown by another circle.

Not counting the tail, it reached two meters and twenty-three centimeters,

his limbs became thicker,

his fur even softer,

and his wolf claws and fanged teeth were sharper than before.

Recovering from the pain,

Wolf Dad started to lean against the stone wall, panting heavily.

The fear of the pain he had just experienced lingered before his eyes,

while at that moment, Su Lin,

looking at Wolf Dad who had recovered,

thought to himself, and Wolf Dad’s attribute values appeared before his eyes.

Species/Race: Arctic Wolf (Variant Species).

Level: Level 6.

Qi-Blood: 778.

Endurance: 79.

Strength: 75.

Defense: 67.

Speed: 71.

After Wolf Dad had ingested the Variant Species Serum, his strength indeed saw a significant improvement.

Such strength attributes were already very strong.

They absolutely surpassed what an Arctic Wolf should be capable of.

Endurance and strength in the seventies were comparable to ordinary Musk Oxen and Reindeer.

With Wolf Dad’s current strength, coupled with his rich hunting experience,

he could now hunt large prey on his own.

This also meant that Su Lin didn’t have to worry about Wolf Dad and Wolf Mom anymore.

Then Su Lin and the few pups

stayed in the Wolf Pack for a few more hours before deciding to leave.

Fully recovered, Wolf Dad, seeing his pups were about to go,

let out a low howl,

signaling Su Lin to take the largest Reindeer carcass with him,

since almost all the hunting achievements were due to Su Lin’s efforts alone.

Su Lin wanted to refuse,

but Wolf Dad had already dragged the Reindeer carcass out with effort.

Besides,

Wolf Dad also signaled Su Lin to take the mothers of Grey White Little Wolf and his cousin with him.

In Wolf Dad’s eyes, Su Lin was also a mature adult of the Wolf Clan.

It was time to choose a mate,

after all, the reproduction of the Wolf Clan also needed to be done.

And in Su Lin Wolf Pack,

having only his cousin as a Wolfess was too few.

Of course,

Wolf Dad didn’t know

that there were two Wolfesses patrolling Su Lin’s territory.

But whether he knew or not,

Wolf Dad’s indication,

still left Su Lin somewhat stunned.

“This…”

Su Lin felt that he really wasn’t mentally prepared,

even though he had accepted the fact of being reborn as a wolf,

but the idea of mating and reproducing with a Wolfess was something he still couldn’t do.

“Awooo!”

He howled back at Wolf Dad,

signaling that there was no rush.

He was still young.

But while Su Lin wasn’t in a hurry,

the mothers of Grey White Little Wolf and his cousin kept howling softly,

wagging their tails quickly, looking at him with a flattering and pleasing gaze.

Both Wolfesses were eager to join Su Lin’s Wolf Pack,

partly because it meant they could always see their pups,

and partly because following a strong Lead Wolf like Su Lin meant food was guaranteed,

with food available,

the injuries they had sustained from the Grizzly Bear would at least heal quicker.

The Grey White Little Wolf and Cousin,

also came over, starting to whimper and plead with Su Lin.

This made Su Lin ultimately decide to accept the two wolfesses.

But as for offspring that Wolf Father mentioned,

he had no thoughts about it at all.

Next,

Su Lin bid farewell to the Wolf Pack.

This visit to see Wolf Dad and Wolf Mom brought only about three hundred pounds of Grizzly Bear Meat,

but the rewards were truly plentiful.

An Arctic reindeer carcass, as well as two wolfesses.

Every time Su Lin saw the wolfesses looking at him with affectionate and tender eyes,

he felt tingles on his scalp.

When he bared his sharp fangs,

the two wolfesses tucked their tails and dared not look anymore.

Immediately after,

Su Lin began to say goodbye to Wolf Dad and Wolf Mom.

“Ao!”

….

The resounding howl of wolves,

echoed in the vast Arctic sky.

Then, Su Lin led the Wolf Pack on the journey back.

On the way home,

they didn’t encounter any foolish Hunters,

and even those who were lured by the smell of blood from the Arctic reindeer kept their distance upon seeing it,

retreating as soon as they saw there were about four or five adult members of the Wolf Clan.

If it were a Lone Wolf,

those Hunters might still dare to provoke.

But once it’s a united Wolf Pack,

there are almost no Hunters who dare to provoke them.

The journey was very quiet,

with Xiao Hui dragging the carcass of the reindeer at the back,

the Grey White Little Wolf and Cousin both closely followed their mother.

And Wolf Sister initially felt reluctant to leave Wolf Mom,

but her carefree nature quickly took over,

forgetting all about it after walking a certain distance,

beginning to frolic and leap with joy,

and even managed to catch two Traveling Rats from a snow burrow on the way back.

This made Wolf Sister unable to resist howling excitedly.

The youthful wolf howls occasionally sounded off.

Soon, they returned to the cave.

The Little Lone Wolf was at the entrance, greeting them.

After coming back,

Su Lin once again reassigned the ranks of the Wolf Pack members.

Now, two more members had been added to the Wolf Pack.

Su Lin promoted Little Lone Wolf to Beta Wolf,

mainly responsible for the Wolf Pack’s hunting and driving away external Hunters.

This promotion was a great surprise and an unexpected delight for Little Lone Wolf,

who howled low repeatedly to show loyalty to the Lead Wolf.

As for Xiao Hui, he remained a Beta Wolf,

but without any specific tasks, just following Su Lin every day, helping out where needed.

At the same time, Su Lin also promoted Cousin to Beta Wolf, responsible for guarding the cave and taking care of the young pups.

Cousin and the Grey White Little Wolf’s mother both had attribute values that barely reached Level 4.

As Hai Wolves, they were placed under Little Lone Wolf’s command.

If there was a hunting task or an invasion by Hunters, they needed to join Little Lone Wolf on the mission.

On regular days, they were responsible for patrolling and keeping watch around the cave.

Currently, there was also plenty of food in the cave,

enough to last for some time.

After arranging everything,

the sky outside began to darken gradually.

Su Lin gestured for them to go rest individually.

The newly promoted Beta Wolf, Little Lone Wolf, did not immediately rest,

but took his duty seriously, leading the two wolfesses to patrol the territory.

The Grey White Little Wolf and Wolf Sister, the two pups tired from the journey,

went back to their spots, lay on the Arctic Fox fur, and began to snore heavily in sleep.
