Global Lords: Starting with Halving Recruitment Costs

Chapter 45 Conditions for elite soldiers to become adults

Chapter 45 Conditions for elite soldiers to become adults

Because no matter how effective these technologies are, they are all beneficial to the entire territory.

Although I feel that technology is a bit contrary to appearing in a blacksmith’s shop.

But thinking about how he has traveled through time, and after so many days as a lord, let alone his three views, even his facial features have been transformed, so he naturally accepted it.

Even in order to try the effect, after careful consideration, he chose the [Life] technology, and then clicked to research it.

[Ding, do you want to consume 10 food and 10 crystals to study life?whether】

Guo Xiuwen clicked on it, and the resource management system started, consuming 505 units of resources.

Another countdown timer popped up.

【10s】

This time was quick, he counted down, and the ten seconds were over quickly.

When the time was over, the life science and technology changed from 0 to 1%. Then he opened his eyes and looked at it, and then closed his eyes to feel it, but he didn’t find any effect of increasing the life of 1%.

After confirming that there is no problem, Guo Xiuwen did not continue to invest resources in the [Life] technology, but took out the previous enchanting (flame) blueprint.

[Ding, do you want to consume 10 wood and 10 crystals to research enchanting (flame)?whether】

Guo Xiuwen did not hesitate, and directly clicked yes.

505 units of resources were consumed again, and when 10 seconds passed, the blacksmith shop showed that the research was successful.

At the bottom of the technology tree, a [Enchanting (Flame)] pattern appeared, and the progress became 1%.

This time, something happened. On his attribute panel, there was an extra enchanting skill.

So he took out 5 units of wood and used enchanting technology directly on himself, targeting his body.

boom--

A transparent flame appeared on his hand, and it only covered half of his palm.

The flames are very weak. Thinking about it, he knows that his own strength is already weak, and the effect of enchanting is only to increase the damage of fire by 1%. What effect can it have.

However, after confirming that it was effective, he relaxed, went to eat first, and then took today’s resources back to the territory warehouse.

Wood +1575, Stone +1650, Iron Ore +825, Food +23
The basic resources are accounted for 4073 units again!

perfect.

After harvesting another resource, Guo Xiuwen called the Golden Tiger and Frost Giant Wolf to his side.

He called these two soldiers over to confirm one thing.

After thinking about it, he didn’t hesitate, and directly consumed 400 units of resources to upgrade them from LV4 to LV5.

”Roar--”

”Ouch-”

Unlike the previous few upgrades, when he clicked on the upgrade, the Golden Tiger and Frost Giant Wolf changed greatly, and even they howled involuntarily.

”Sure enough, it seems that level 5 is a threshold. Let me just say, why is the elite black bear of LV6 black iron level so strong.”

Seeing the soaring size of the two beasts, Guo Xiuwen understood.

He has not forgotten that, unlike other ordinary soldiers, after all elite soldiers are recruited, except for one more skill, their attributes are no different from ordinary things.

At the same time, their status is all minors.

Guo Xiuwen has long guessed what conditions these elite units need to become adults.

In another lord’s territory before, he just encountered a black bear that was also an elite unit, but the other party was already an adult.

At that time, he had some ideas, but because the level of the soldiers under him was not high enough, he ignored them.

And until now, the soldiers have enough experience to upgrade. There were many things before and the resources were not enough, so they have not been in a hurry to verify their conjectures.

Now with the upgrade of the two soldiers, the conjecture has become a reality.

【Frost Giant Wolf】

【Beast】【Black Iron】【Elite】

[Level: LV5 (0/500)]

Size: 3.4m long (adult)
Weight: 798KG (adult)
【Golden Tiger】

【Beast】【Black Iron】【Elite】

[Level: LV5 (0/500)]

Size: 5.5m long (adult)
Weight: 1050KG (adult)
After the two soldiers were upgraded, they first looked at the two soldiers who had changed a lot.

Their size can be said to be exaggerated, especially the giant frost wolf. Compared with the ordinary gray wolf of the same rank, the size of the giant frost wolf is more than doubled at this time.

Then he clicked on the attribute panel to look, only to find that it was so.

Under the condition that the upgrade of the elite unit is greater than that of the ordinary unit, the upgrade from LV4 to LV5, which is the threshold from a minor to an adult, has fully increased its basic attributes by 50%.

After confirming the soldier’s upgrade, Guo Xiuwen didn’t hesitate, took out the advanced card he had prepared earlier, and used it on the Golden Tiger.

”Roar--”

The light dissipated, the formation dissipated, and the golden tiger, which had just grown a little bit bigger, disappeared for a while before reappearing in front of him.

Just a roar, the sound wave made him feel dizzy for a moment.

Looking at this tiger, which is bigger than a buffalo, Guo Xiuwen’s first reaction was that in the future, the golden tiger would have to lie down on its own to climb onto the opponent’s back.

【Golden Tiger】

【Beast】【Bronze】【Elite】

[Level: LV1 (0/100)]

Body shape: 6.5m long (minor)

Weight: 3150KG (minor)

Attack method: pounce.
Skills: Tiger Roar, Golden Body

Summon tigers (Summon two tigers of the same level that are one level lower than the golden tiger, and launch an attack together with it. The tiger lasts for 1 hour, and the cooldown time is 1 hour. After death, it disappears in advance, and can be canceled automatically.)
Consumption: 20 units of food/day!
Yes, the Golden Tiger has successfully progressed to Bronze.

It’s a pity that after the advancement, it had already been promoted to LV5 level and became LV1 minor status again.

But the attributes of the golden tiger have been greatly improved in an instant.

Not only is it stronger than the previous black iron level LV5 adult state, but it also has an additional skill to summon tigers.

If this skill is the same as Aliya’s summoning tree man, if it summons two tigers of the same level, it will definitely be a great magic skill.

But now it is only the tiger of the black iron rank that is summoned, but it is not so meaningful.

Unless he continues to train tigers in the future to improve the opponent’s level.

But at that time, it is estimated that he will not lack Bronze rank combat power.

Of course, this skill can’t be considered tasteless, Guo Xiuwen has two guesses.

One is that if the summoned tiger’s body does not disappear after death, it will definitely be a great supplement to his logistics.

The second is that if you encounter any traps or dangerous tasks that need to be explored in the future, you can let the summoned tiger go on top.

After admiring the advanced golden tiger attribute, Guo Xiuwen took out the [Roaring] skill book he got from the treasure chest before, and slapped it on the tiger.

[Ding, whether to use the skill book on the golden tiger]

[Golden Tiger ranks as Bronze, and if you meet the conditions, you can learn an additional skill! 】

As a result, when he made a move, he suddenly got an unexpected system prompt.

Guo Xiuwen looked at the prompt, then turned around and called the Frost Giant Wolf to come over.

He picked up the skill book that he hadn’t used just now, and slapped it on the Frost Giant Wolf.
