The Witcher: Evolution

Chapter 154 Fire Phoenix BirdChapter 154 Fire Phoenix Bird

According to historical records, although there is not much vegetation in this Flame Canyon due to the high temperature all year round, the monsters that can survive here are all fire-attributed ferocious beasts. Moreover, the vegetation here is even more weird. It is said that the vegetation here has the power of fire. Even a fourth-level wizard would not dare to walk easily in this canyon alone.

The four of them walked for who knows how long, and they felt that the scorching heat was getting more and more intense. Alice, Zhan, and Dunba all practiced fire witchcraft, but they still couldn’t hold on in the face of such high temperature. Therefore, only part of the magic power can be separated to resist the high temperature.

On the other hand, Stefan should not be too cheerful. With the blessing of the power of fire, he is like a fish in water when he comes here.

”Tweet Tweet”

At this moment, a silent roar echoed in the ears of several people. On the mountain col in the distance, there was a strange black tree. This strange tree didn’t have any green leaves. From a distance, it looked like it was burnt. Average.

The strange tree is not high, just over 20 meters tall. On the dense branches, there is a bird’s nest. This bird’s nest should be made of special materials, otherwise it would have already burned in such a harsh environment.

”Is it you who makes this bird song?”

Stefan frowned slightly, and then motioned for the three of them to stop where they were. He flapped his golden wings and leaped directly to the sky above the bird’s nest.

The bird’s nest is very spacious. In the bird’s nest, lies peacefully a whole-body firebird egg. The egg laughs like a football and is surrounded by red light. There are already signs of cracks on the edge of the egg shell.

”Chirp, chirp, chirp!”

Another low whistle sounded, with a bit of urgency, and then there was a burst of restlessness in the eggshell, as if something was gnawing at the eggshell.

”It shouldn’t be! During the regular incubation period, the mother bird won’t leave here!”

Stefan questioned.

”Chirp!”

At this moment, a long cry resounded through the sky, followed by a big bird with its whole body burning with fire, flapping its wings and flying towards this side.

This strange flame bird is blood red with colorful feathers, like a phoenix. It is very beautiful with its feathers. It is not big, just like an adult eagle, but its whole body is surrounded by fire, and it looks very majestic.

”Sorry! We didn’t mean any harm, we just heard the little guy’s voice, so we came to take a look.”

At this moment, Alice cast mechanical witchcraft on her feet and stopped in front of Stefan. She stared at the firebird with soft eyes and said.

”Look he’s hurt.”

At this moment, the strange fire bird had two ice arrows in its body. The ice arrows exuded a blue luster and kept swallowing the breath of the strange fire bird.

”chirp”

The flame monster was furious, screamed strangely, spread its wings, and instantly retreated rapidly. At the same time, it sprayed a piece of fire from its mouth. This fire was extremely hot, as if it had a high temperature that could destroy the world.

”Not good! This is the descendant of the Fire Phoenix Bird retreating quickly.”

Alice held Stefan, and the two of them quickly retreated. The space was swept by fire, and even the air was burning.

”It is rumored that this bird’s flames are very weird. Even water can burn. In addition, it is in the incubation period, so it is very violent. Maybe someone came in and wanted to take care of its children. The two sides fought, and the Fire Phoenix Bird was hit by ice. arrow.”

Alice analyzed it quickly.

”This ice arrow is at least a level three leader. If it is not pulled out yet, it will most likely affect its life.”

Stefan also looked worried.

”I know Fire Phoenix Bird, you can understand what I say, I’m not here to hurt you, please don’t worry, I will help you pull out the ice arrow, treat the injury and leave!”

Alice tried her best to comfort him, trying to build trust with the fire phoenix.

”chirp”

Unfortunately, the fire phoenix bird was still extremely irritable, its body fluttered high, its whole body glowed with orange light, and its feathers instantly turned into feather arrows, which flew out. ”Condensation!”

Stefan blocked Alice’s body, then grabbed it from the air, and the power of fire was activated instantly. When the flame feathers were shot, they instantly froze in mid-air, motionless.

”You have also seen that according to my ability, it is easy to kill you. Why should I go to all the trouble to deceive you?”

Stefan said calmly.

”Chirp?”

The fire phoenix thought for a moment. It was shocked at first. Now it is no longer at the level of a third-level lord. It has a fire attack and is unparalleled. It is difficult to find an opponent among the same level, but the opponent only needs a light grasp to control it. Its flame feather arrows are enough to show that the opponent is definitely above it.

”Trust us, okay? This ice arrow of yours is an ice arrow, and it also contains strong ice poison. If you don’t pull it out in time, you are likely to die. You don’t want to see your child as soon as he is born?” Are you getting to mom?”

Alice’s face was gentle, her eyes were smiling like crescent moons, and she still approached the other party step by step.

”Chirp!”

The fire phoenix let out a silent roar, then lowered its head, flapped its wings slowly, and stopped on the mountain col. It was obvious that it had some trust in Alice.

”Don’t be afraid, thank you for trusting me.”

As she spoke, Alice came to the Fire Phoenix Bird. After observing it for a while, she couldn’t help showing a look of embarrassment. This ice arrow was very sharp and had many barbs. If it was pulled out hastily, it would cause secondary damage to the Fire Phoenix Bird. Moreover, the body of the ice arrow is obviously forged from an extremely hard material and cannot be broken easily.

”I’ll do it! I have the power of water.”

With that said, Stefan walked over, but the fire phoenix bird’s eyes became sharp, and it was obvious that it was still very afraid of Stefan.

”Don’t be afraid. Trust me, he is my partner. Just be patient.”

As she spoke, Alice held the Fire Phoenix’s head in her arms, trying to comfort the Fire Phoenix.

”chirp”

The fire phoenix bird made a low cry, and its body could not help but tremble.

”Be patient.”

As he spoke, Stefan grabbed the ice arrow from the air, and the power of water was activated instantly. An invisible force instantly controlled the two ice arrows. Only two clicks were heard, and the ice arrow arrows broke directly.

”Let me come.”

As she spoke, Alice carefully took out the arrow body, then took out some medicine, applied it externally and internally, and then bandaged the Fire Phoenix Bird’s wound.

”call out”

At this moment, a loud roar resounded, followed by a blue ice arrow flying over again.

”presumptuous!”

Stefan stood in front of Alice and the Fire Phoenix Bird, and the crane claw suddenly grabbed out, crushing the ice arrow to pieces in an instant.

”Stefan, you loser, you are so kind. It’s just a bird, but it makes you feel pity?”

At this moment, several students wearing Donbas Academy uniforms came over. The man who spoke was holding a big blue bow. He was the one who shot the arrow just now.

“It turned out to be garbage from the Donbass Academy.”
