Rebirth: Starting with 10 Billion Us Dollars

192: Chapter 192 Strike While the Iron Is Hot, Lay a Comprehensive PlanThe news of the 5G official announcement had been out for only a few days, but the hype hadn’t died down; instead, it was growing hotter, with the entire internet and the whole world discussing this matter.

At the She Mountain headquarters of Tianxing Group.

The first-floor lobby was bustling with people, with an endless stream of visitors, and the reception desk was incredibly busy.

Coming and going were executives in suits and representatives arriving from all over, all chasing the massive fat piece of meat that was 5G.

The top floor office on the 108th floor, however, was quiet.

Chen Mo sat behind a large desk, flipping through documents with a calm expression, as if the clamor outside had nothing to do with him.

Not long after, a knock on the door sounded, and Zhang Kai walked in.

”President Chen, the heads of the three major domestic carriers have personally brought their teams over. They are waiting in the conference room downstairs right now, all wanting to discuss 5G base station cooperation with us.”

Chen Mo nodded: ”I have time now. Let them come in together.”

A few minutes later, three middle-aged men in formal attire walked into the office quickly. These big shots, who usually commanded the industry, were now all humble in their attitude.

”President Chen, I’ve long admired your name. Seeing you today, you truly live up to your reputation!”

”President Chen, we are sincerely wanting to cooperate with Tianxing. For such an important project as 5G, we will definitely cooperate fully!”

The three sat down, and without waiting for Chen Mo to speak, they scrambled to propose their cooperation terms.

The head of Mobile spoke first:

”President Chen, we are willing to give up the majority of the profits. We will cover all funding, manpower, and sites for base station construction. Within the country, we will prioritize laying out the Tianxing 5G network. As long as we can get the first batch of cooperation rights, you can set any conditions!”

The head of Unicom followed closely:

”President Chen, we can obtain special funding from the Official Authorities. We will handle the approval process to ensure it goes smoothly. The construction teams can enter the site at any time; we will absolutely not let the project be delayed by even a minute!”

The head of Telecom also hurriedly spoke:

”We can promise that the lion’s share of future operating profits will go to Tianxing. We will only earn a little for our hard work. We only ask to catch this 5G express train. Please give us a chance, President Chen!”

The three looked at Chen Mo with eager eyes, all knowing clearly that 5G was an epoch-making technology. Whoever could secure cooperation with Tianxing would secure the top position in the domestic communications industry. If they missed this opportunity, they would only be left far behind in the future.

Chen Mo nodded and said:

”Cooperation can be discussed, but there are conditions. The first batch of 5G pilots will be placed in first-tier cities like Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou-Shenzhen. We must prioritize domestic coverage first; resources must be tilted entirely toward the domestic market.”

”No problem! Absolutely no problem!”

The three heads agreed in unison, their faces instantly showing joy. These were not issues at all; as long as they could cooperate, they were willing to accept even harsh conditions.

Chen Mo continued:

”Let Zhang Kai handle the contract details with you. Finalize it as soon as possible. Have the construction teams on standby to start work immediately.”

”Thank you, President Chen! Thank you, President Chen!”

The three thanked him repeatedly and then followed Zhang Kai out to discuss the details.

Just after sending off the three major carriers, Li Yue walked in with a document and reported to Chen Mo:

”President Chen, news has come from the Official Authorities. High-level officials want to meet you in person to present the National Science and Technology Progress Award. They have also listed our 5G project as a national key new infrastructure project, opening a green channel throughout the process, with approvals, land use, and funding all fully opened.”

Chen Mo nodded slightly.

Li Yue smiled and said:

”Not only that, government departments from all over the country have sent official letters, fighting to have the 5G pilot located in their areas. They are willing to provide land for free, issue huge subsidies, and waive all taxes, just to win Tianxing over.”

In Chen Mo’s mind, these were all expected matters.

5G technology concerns the country’s technological development; it is perfectly normal for the Official Authorities to strongly support it and for various places to compete for it.

Not long after, more news reached headquarters.

Capital from all over the world, hearing that Tianxing held mature 5G technology, came rushing in like crazy, breaking their heads trying to invest.

They all offered sky-high valuations and brought huge funds to the door, just asking to get a piece of the pie, even if it meant holding just a tiny bit of equity.

Many capital bigwigs came in person, lowered their stature, and begged in every way possible.

”President Chen, we are willing to invest 100 billion, just to buy into Tianxing! We won’t participate in management, just take dividends!”

”President Chen, Tianxing’s current value is immeasurable. We can increase the price again, as long as you agree!”

Chen Mo rejected them all. Are you kidding? Buying into the company?

What a beautiful dream.

Tianxing Group was founded by him single-handedly. He must firmly hold 100% control, not accept any external capital injection, and completely control the group’s lifeline.

The rejected capital parties, instead of retreating, pursued Tianxing even more.

Everyone knew that Chen Mo was not short of money, nor was he short of opportunities. Tianxing’s industry status was already unrivaled; being able to have a connection with Tianxing was a great honor.

Inside the group, it was a scene of joy.

Near the end of the year, Chen Mo instructed Zhang Kai to distribute year-end bonuses, taking out a huge sum of money to give benefits to all employees.

Once the news was announced, the lowest year-end bonus for ordinary employees was six figures, and newcomers who had just joined could get a bonus of over 100,000.

The core technical team and company executives, in addition to huge cash rewards, although they did not have shares, could receive company dividends.

”My god! My year-end bonus is actually 200,000! It’s more than my annual salary!”

”Working for President Chen is so worth it! Not only do I have face, but I also earn a lot!”

”Colleagues in the core group are even more amazing; they not only get bonuses but also dividends!”

The news of Tianxing Group distributing super year-end bonuses was spread to the internet by someone, instantly attracting a large number of netizens to watch and envy.

”I’m jealous! Six-figure year-end bonus for ordinary employees? This is too exaggerated! I don’t even earn that much in a year!”

”Look at Tianxing’s treatment, then look at my own year-end bonus. It’s truly infuriating to compare people!”

”Chen Mo is too generous! He is worthy of being the worlds richest person; his actions are so grand!”

”I really want to work at Tianxing Group! Not only is the company amazing, but the treatment is also so good. It’s simply a paradise for workers!”

”They earn high salaries based on their strength. Tianxing developed such awesome 5G technology; the employees deserve this reward!”

”Crying! We are both working, why is the gap so big? Is President Chen still hiring? I will resign and go there immediately!”

”Tianxing not only brings glory to the country but also treats its employees so well. Such an enterprise deserves to grow big and strong!”

”I’m tired of saying I’m envious! Following Chen Mo means having meat to eat; this saying is absolutely correct!”

”Six-figure year-end bonus, plus dividends, Tianxing employees are too happy!”

”This is a conscientious enterprise! Unlike some companies that are stingy and have pitifully small year-end bonuses!”

”If I go learn technology now, can I still catch up with Tianxing’s recruitment? I want to go so badly!”

Netizens were discussing, and the whole screen was full of envy and admiration.

Meanwhile, overseas cooperation requests were too many to handle.

Communication giants and official departments in Europe, America, Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia sent letters and made calls day and night, one by one lowering their status, with respectful attitudes, offering sky-high patent licensing fees and throwing huge funds, just begging to introduce Tianxing’s 5G technology.

Old giants like Ericsson and Nokia even sent several cooperation letters one after another, each offer higher than the last, wishing they could get the technology immediately.

Li Yue walked into the office with a thick stack of overseas letters to report:

”President Chen, there are too many overseas cooperation requests. Major companies and the Official Authorities all want to introduce 5G, and the offers are very high. How do you want to handle this?”

Chen Mo looked at Li Yue and said:

”Press them all down and postpone overseas cooperation.”

”Domestic first, then overseas. At this stage, focus all efforts on ensuring domestic 5G construction, and put all resources and energy into the domestic market.”

”Don’t rush to talk about overseas cooperation. Keep them hanging, and we’ll talk when I decide to open up cooperation.”

”Okay, President Chen!”

Li Yue nodded in response.
