Global Gaming Era: Am I a Cheater Just Because I Play Well?

Chapter 2 Mercenary RecruitmentChapter 2 Mercenary Recruitment
Teacher Yu Jie turned around and said to everyone with a serious face.

”Students, this graduation exam is different from previous years.”

”CrossFire is a confrontation game. After entering the game, you will fight in another form.”

”You will know the specific gameplay mode after entering the game.”

Listening to Teacher Yu Jie’s words, the whole class began to boil.

”Ah? Why is it a confrontation game? I heard it’s not a strategy game called Plants vs. Zombies?”

”What’s wrong with the confrontation game? I happen to have been playing this kind of game recently.”

”Hahaha, what I’m best at is confrontational games!”

The whole class discussed again.

Even Zhou Tian couldn’t help but be a little surprised.

The game to be tested in this graduation exam turned out to be CrossFire!
”Even my cousin who has just entered second grade can play this game!”

Zhou Tian murmured to himself in a low voice, but his eyes couldn’t help but shine.

The game CrossFire was very popular in the past life.

Basically, everyone from young people in their 50s to s to primary school students have played this game.

But the only thing Zhou Tian doesn’t know now is how to play this game.

Is it biochemical mode?
Or a confrontation between lurkers and defenders?

But no matter what mode, they are all gun-themed.

”Clap clap clap!”

Teacher Yu Jie gently tapped the blackboard, and the classroom became quiet again at this moment.

”Let me tell you about the rules in the examination room!”

”One: After entering the game space, you are not allowed to deliberately interfere with other candidates.”

”Two: You must obey the instructions of the invigilator and do not go to unknown places alone.”

”Three: Candidates can form teams after entering the game, but they cannot form gangs and deliberately eliminate others.”

”Four”

Teacher Yu Jie briefly talked about discipline.

Then he changed the topic and said again.

”classmates!”

”This is one of the few opportunities for you to enter the game space! This is also the turning point of your destiny!”

”After successfully completing the game, you will receive experience points and other rewards.”

”Okay, everyone, sit down, now I’m going to register the information.”

Immediately afterwards, Teacher Yujie came down and used her bracelet to scan everyone’s bracelets.

At this moment, Zhou Tian couldn’t help but feel waves in his heart.

”Life and death are fate, wealth is in the sky!”

Zhou Tian murmured to himself.

But suddenly, Li Xi on the side suddenly grabbed Zhou Tian’s hand.

Something was suddenly thrust into Zhou Tian’s hand.

”This is a prop card. You will get something randomly after entering the game.”

”come on!”

Zhou Tian turned to look at Li Xi, then looked at the card in his hand.

At this moment, Zhou Tian felt particularly uneasy inside.

”Thank you.”

Zhou Tian didn’t show any pretense and directly received the card into his bracelet.

This graduation exam represents Zhou Tian’s future destiny.

If you have excellent results, you will continue to transfer to an e-sports university for further studies.

If you don’t get good grades, you can only be an ordinary person.Want to enter the game space again? It’s harder than reaching the sky.

The next moment, the entire classroom suddenly shone with white light.

The entire class, even the entire graduating class of the school, disappeared at this moment!

And at this moment, a mechanical sound suddenly sounded in Zhou Tian’s mind!

[The host has been detected entering the game space: Crossfire! 】

[Assigning plug-ins to the host! 】

[: Unlimited bullets: Any firearm you hold will get unlimited bullets, and there is no need to reload! 】

[: Mercenary Recruitment: You can spend GP to recruit mercenaries! 】【: Firearms modification: You can consume GP to modify firearms! 】

Zhou Tian was suddenly startled.

”Is my system coming?”

Regarding the arrival of the system, Zhou Tian was very calm.

Today’s time travelers are too embarrassed to go out if they don’t have a few systems on them.

It’s just cheating in games
Zhou Tian always felt a little ashamed.

After all, this is not just a game.

Cheating in the game space is exciting just thinking about it!

A panel appeared in front of Zhou Tian, with three lines of text floating on it, describing these three types of plug-ins.

For a moment, Zhou Tian didn’t know what to choose.

No matter which one it is, it’s so tempting!
This is a gun game, in which the most fatal thing is the number of bullets.

If you don’t have enough bullets, you’ll have no choice but to let the mermaids eat their flesh.

And the second one is to recruit mercenaries.
Zhou Tian also wanted to choose this.

After all, the most special thing about the game CrossFire is the beautiful female characters.

What about Spirit Fox, Mandala, Pandora, Crazy Baby?
That’s not all, especially the female characters who appear later are even more beautiful, sexy and powerful at the same time!
The third firearm modification.

Zhou Tian guessed that he could transform ordinary weapons into RMB weapons.

This can also greatly increase Zhou Tian’s chances of passing the level.

If someone else is holding a black iron weapon, you will be a fire unicorn.

How does this compare?
However, after a short period of thinking, Zhou Tian chose the second one.

No matter how powerful other plug-ins are, Zhou Tian needs to personally participate in the battle, but as long as he fights in person, there are risks.

Compared with this, it is better to recruit mercenaries to fight for yourself.

”I choose the second one!”

【Ding! The plug-in has been assigned to the host! 】

After selecting Zhou Tian, the panel disappears directly.

At this time, Zhou Tian discovered that he and all his classmates appeared in a small room.

The one at the front was a man wearing a black uniform. The black uniform almost covered his whole body.

In his hand was a steel gun.

After just one glance, Zhou Tian recognized who he was.

Big Brother Swart!
Swart was telling everyone something, but due to the language barrier, the students couldn’t understand what he was talking about.

After a while, a voice reached everyone’s ears.

[Game Space: Cross Fire (Optimized Version for Newcomers)]

[World type: local online type]

[Game Type: Confrontation]

[Game Difficulty: E]

[Number of people connected: forty]

【Extracting mode! 】

[The mode has been selected for the player: biochemical copy! 】

[Your task is to successfully spend 24 hours. 】

The voice ended quietly, and an additional piece of equipment appeared on Zhou Tian’s body at this moment.

M4A1, Desert Eagle, knife, grenades, and a few spare magazines.

That’s all there is to Sunday.

”The game is about to start. I suggest that we join a group to keep warm. This will increase the probability of everyone surviving.”

Suddenly, a male voice came to Zhou Tian’s ears.

Zhou Tianxun looked up, and the person who spoke was Zhou Tian’s squad leader.

A burly boy, he looked like an American soldier when he put on the equipment.

But as soon as he finished speaking, he was rebutted.

”Didn’t you hear? We will be randomly teleported to any map in a moment.”
