Help all mankind

Chapter 37
The design of Tieniu x went on smoothly. To put it bluntly, it was designed according to the sports car at the beginning, and forced the appearance to look like a tractor.

The structure of electric vehicles is not like traditional cars, and the design work is relatively easy.

There are a lot of knowledge in traditional cars, including engine, transmission mechanism and transmission system, each of which can deeply affect the final comprehensive performance of the car.

Squeezing the performance of these parts to the limit has become a high-end sports car. However, due to the sharing of the R & D cost, although the high-end sports car is expensive, it is still at a serious loss.

Behind every super sports car brand, there is a large car enterprise as the backing. They focus on honing technology in this process. Therefore, traditional cars are a very high threshold field.

The electric vehicle is different. It eliminates all these troubles and is replaced by four independent motors that directly drive four tires.

Therefore, there is no engine, no transmission mechanism, and the speed change is realized by adjusting the current by software.

Traditional cars try their best to improve the performance of all parts and divide the car into high grades. In fact, there is a big gap, such as 100 km acceleration time at start-up, energy conversion efficiency, service life, noise and so on.

But electric cars don’t have to worry about these problems. Indicators such as 100 km acceleration time naturally beat the top sports car.

Not only that, the four drive motors of electric vehicles can also be directly purchased in the market at low price and high performance, and there is no gap in this regard.

The structure of traditional cars is complex. It is difficult to integrate so many complex structures into the car, so the appearance design is also limited.

But electric cars are different. To put it bluntly, the positions of the four drive motors must be pasted next to the wheels, and then leave room for the battery. You can design it as you want, and you can design the front cover of the car as a storage box.

Therefore, we can always see that no matter how low the price of existing electric vehicles on the market is, they always have a very avant-garde appearance.

The only difficulty of electric vehicle is battery and battery management technology, among which the difficulty of battery is cost and cost performance.

However, due to the perfect industrial chain, the batteries of electric vehicles can also be purchased casually in the market, including tens of thousands of rechargeable batteries the size of No. 5 battery bought by the leader Tesla, and then tied together.

Of course, there are also enterprises specialized in making batteries to enter this industry and launch special batteries for electric vehicles.

But in the end, the core difference of each electric vehicle enterprise is power control technology.

This technology can give full play to more than 30% of the service time of batteries through the accurate control of tens of thousands of small batteries and the most reasonable allocation of tasks.

At the same time, battery and power management system accounts for half of the cost of electric vehicles.

However, Liang Shicheng does not intend to make too many breakthroughs in battery and power management technology in a short time. He can only choose ready-made products and solutions in the market.

Since Tieniu x wants to reduce the cost, it must sacrifice many design indicators, which makes it destined not to be a complete sports car.

In addition to the motor with the same power as the sports car, the appearance of Tieniu x is still as simple and honest as that of ordinary tractors. The cost of this part is the same as that of ordinary tractors with the plastic shell formed by the integrated mold of the tractor.

In addition, the internal space is greatly increased, and then cheaper large volume and low-capacity batteries are used. Although the space for installing batteries is much more than that of ordinary electric vehicles, the maximum travel on the flat ground is only 120 kilometers under the energy-saving state of 35 kilometers per hour by default.

The final performance parameters of Tieniu X are set at the initial limit speed of 35 km / h. The user can overclock and increase the maximum speed to 60 km / h. However, the journey will continue to be reduced, but the user can also purchase the battery for upgrading. There is excess space in Tieniu X.

Anyway, the appearance is a little cyberpunk on the basis of ordinary tractors. It has the potential of racing and needs users to explore it by themselves.

Of course, the first use of iron ox x is cultivated land, which only needs a simple internal switch.

Due to the limited battery due to cost, it still persists for a long time when farming, thus delaying labor. This is the problem of all electric tractors.

However, Liang Shicheng plans to find another way to solve this problem and solve the pain points of users.

That is to develop a set of uncontrolled cultivated land system. After the completion of the sample car, Liang Shicheng began to invite farmers to try it on a small scale, and in this process, he used the program extraction function of the universal editor for them.

Finally, I got dozens of G codes. I modified and sorted them on the tool software developed through the library files. In addition, Liang Shicheng’s old line was originally studying agricultural UAVs, and soon developed an all-round automatic farming system.

Therefore, iron ox x can automatically complete the farming task without a driver.

Although its working time is very short, when 6 it runs out of electricity, it will run to the charging pile and charge automatically. In addition, the sound of the iron bull is low, so it can cultivate land at night.

In this way, there is no need to worry about its endurance, because it works automatically. It charges automatically and works at night, which neither delays labor nor progress.

Even compared with the traditional tractor working only during the day, it can do more work in one day and completely save the cost of labor.

It seems dangerous for unmanned tractors to cultivate land automatically. Of course, certain qualifications are also required.

Although there is no qualification for automatic vehicle and automatic driving, Liang Shicheng’s agricultural large UAV company has the qualification for automatic control of agricultural equipment, and their users also have relevant certificates.

The development process of Tieniu x is very rapid, because it is the product after giving up some indicators. All accessories are ready-made in the market. The only core advantage is that it is a tractor equipped with driverless function and the customers accumulated by the original company.

The final selling price is 35000 yuan, enjoying agricultural appliance subsidies, which is also the highest price that traditional tractors can sell. The profit margin and premium of agricultural products are not high, but the sales volume is not low, which is in line with Liang Shicheng’s purpose.

After the release of Tieniu x, the market met expectations, and had to celebrate that, sure enough, many people used it as a car, and its first design was just like this, in order to facilitate these people.

Liang Shicheng sent someone to upload the overclocking operation tutorials of Tieniu X and the tutorials after various modification purposes as a user in the community.

As a result, the response was good. These users in the community also uploaded videos of them racing on rural roads at a speed of 60 kilometers per hour.
