The Age of Giant Ships and Cannons

Chapter 109： home and development
Chapter 109 Homecoming and Development

Except that there is no T-slot doomsday weapon, Star Fortress is equivalent to a dreadnought plus half an aircraft carrier plus a bunch of large and small warships in other respects. Except that it cannot move, it is a battle fortress without any dead ends.

To capture this star castle without a flagship, a huge fleet including at least one hundred battleships is required.

The Garan Legion at this stage is different from the past. At this time, there are not many teams near the outpost that can pose a threat to the Garan Legion, and the few that can threaten it cannot attack them for no reason.

Li Qing spent an hour reading this information, fully understanding the development of the legion during this period.

In the past six months, apart from the restoration of the Star Fort, Yu Yuefei, the head of the legion, has decided to transform part of the headquarters planet first. He has restarted the abandoned transformation facilities on the planet, and is now trying to transform it.

In addition, the legion has successively sent fleets to clean up the anomalies and wild monsters in dozens of nearby galaxies, allowing a large number of affiliated players to establish personal bases in nearby galaxies.

Ding Youran returned to the outpost half a month after Li Qing came back, and switched defenses with Wang Yanqing, who was stationed at the outpost in the first half of the year. The special task they promised to reward a battleship has now accumulated six ships, which are temporarily incorporated into Wang Yanqing’s fleet.

At the same time, five months ago, Yu Yuefei went back to Jinmen, and she came back a month ago, bringing him a large number of shipbuilding engineers.

There are a total of 10 groups of destroyer shipbuilding engineers, 400 groups of frigate shipbuilding engineers, and a chief engineer who is studying battleship construction specially entrusted by him.

This engineer is named Lan, and he could only build cruisers before, but because of his special talent, he can advance again. Two years ago, he started to study advanced subjects related to battleship construction. Recruited by forces with high salaries, after a period of study, you can try to preside over the construction of battleships by yourself.

Yu Yuefei went back this trip to keep an eye on it, and just cut it off, and matched with 10 teams of battleship engineers.

This is exactly what Li Qing needs. It doesn’t matter if you can’t build it yet, just turn it into a servant of light, and you can build it immediately.

With the support of his family, he can buy 10 blueprints of battleships from the family every month at the market price. Although he has not been at home in the past six months, he has been storing the blueprints every month. He can go back at any time and get 110 blueprints for a year at a time. .

If there is no time, the family can even send it from Jinmen.

Now that he hasn’t been back for more than half a year, the family will probably send it over in advance. Li Qing plans to go back to the outpost in a few days to have a look.

If there is, you can start building battleships directly at that time.

In addition to these, Yu Yuefei also helped him recruit a thousand experts in agriculture and animal husbandry, who were currently on the planet being transformed.

Li Qing will be very busy in the next few days. First, he will go to receive all kinds of talents brought by Yu Yuefei from Jinmen, as well as all kinds of ores accumulated by the legion these days. According to what he said before he left, Ding Youran will buy the army Part of the ore was left unsold, and now a full one trillion cubic meters has been accumulated.

It looks like a lot, but they are all raw ores that have not been crushed and refined. Everyone knows that most of the raw ores are useless rock impurities, and the ore content is very small, many of which are less than 1%. After refining, it is unknown how much is left. .

Of course, all the affiliated members and official members of the entire legion dug more mines than these in half a year. The main reason is that the legion is currently short of capital and cannot store mines without limit. Therefore, after 1 trillion cubic meters of mines, all the excess is refined and sold to outpost bases. up.

It is worth mentioning that this trillion cubic meters of raw ore was purchased by the legion, and most of the raw ore in the village is iron-like ore, gray spar and limestone and other cheap raw ore.

Like iron ore is 3.9 star yuan per side, and the price after refining into steel is 390 star yuan per side.

Grey spar costs 3 star yuan per side, and the price after refining is 300 star yuan per side.

Limestone is 3.7 star yuan per side, and the price after refining is 370 star yuan per side.

Comprehensively, it is 3.4 star yuan per square meter, and the purchase price of the legion is 20% off, and one trillion square meters is 2720 billion star yuan.

It took Li Qing two days to refine all the trillion cubic meters of raw ore into relatively the most valuable steel among the three cheap ores, with a total of about 10 billion cubic meters. Based on the current market price of steel at 390 star yuan per side, the total value is 3.9 trillion star yuan. The relative cost of 2,720 billion stars can earn 1,180 billion stars.

Looking at the ratio alone, the earning is not a lot, about 30%, but when the capital is large enough, the earning is exaggerated.

However, this is just the simplest way to sell raw materials. If all these materials are used to build ships, you will earn far more than selling raw materials.

These materials are all used in the construction of warships. A total of 500 groups of frigate engineers are in place. As long as the supply of materials is sufficient, 500 frigates can be built every half a month, and 1,000 ships a month. use up.

”hey-hey!”

It just so happens that the mother chip of the frigate needs to continue to be researched and upgraded, and there is no need to handcuff it every day.

Li Qing had already given up on the idea of selling crazy handcuffed blueprints to make money. At this stage, there are channels to make money. There is no need to do this. With this skill, it is better to study and upgrade the chip. Like a frigate, at that time he can try to design his own advanced template frigate.

Just like human civilization, the standard frigate is the Haiyan template, which is common to all human military leaders.

The Raptor-class frigate that belongs to the elite template, and the Black Hawk-class frigate that belongs to the excellent template, these two belong to the unique frigate module of the Yu clan.

The Haiyan template is a common standard template for human civilization, because when most warlords design their own warships, the biggest reference is the human frigate, so when upgrading from generation to generation to the fifth generation frigate, the default is the standard Haiyan class frigate .

Of course, the standard frigate models of different military masters are called differently. Some are called Type 1 frigates instead of Haiyan, some are called recruit-class frigates, and some are called dagger-class frigates, etc.

The names are different, but the scale attributes are the same.

In addition to the standard Petrel-class modules, almost every family will design one or two frigates whose attributes surpass those of the standard Petrel-class frigates.

This design is not mandatory, but almost all clans will design their own unique elite warship modules.

This is also the biggest difference between regular legions and casual players. Like the regular legion fleets of major armies, their frigates are all elite models, and the main force is excellent models. Both single and average combat power are stronger than the standard Haiyan model of players. few.

Correspondingly, the shelling speed of elite-class frigates and superior-class frigates is much slower than that of regular frigates.

For example, a regular frigate can unlock 1,000 cards a day, an elite module frigate can only lock about 100 cards a day, and an excellent frigate can only lock 10 cards a day.

This is also one of the main reasons why there are few frigates of this type for sale on the market. The output is not high, and the major armies are not enough for their own use, so how can they be sold.

Even if those hundreds of years of warlords have spares in the later period, they will be stockpiled for future use and will not be sold at will.

Returning to the palm universe, Li Qing went to the agricultural area for the first time, and the moment he appeared in the air, he saw patches of green grassland.

At first, he thought he had come to the pastoral area by mistake, but after confirming it the next second, he was pleasantly surprised.

”The transformation was successful!”

The last time I saw it was three months ago. At that time, some tenacious weeds had grown on the land. I haven’t been back for three months. The barren land in this agricultural area has turned into a green grassland. Overgrown with weeds and some unnamed plants.

These plants are all carried by the Shar people. They were transforming a four-type planet before. The way many plants spread is to scatter the seeds with the wind. These Shar people brought these seeds into the universe in their palms. Slowly becoming suitable for survival, these seeds began to take root and germinate.

Most of them are weeds, but there are also a few unknown plants, flowers, and some young trees that have just grown.

It is worth mentioning that among these new plants, there are a small number of new Shar people.

It is estimated that they resigned to their fate, or the uneasy environment made them decide to reproduce more tribesmen. Some Shar people took off their branches and planted them in the soil. Many of them have already taken root and sprouted. When they grow to a certain level, they will become a new Shar people.

Li Qing attached great importance to this.

At this stage, there are no immigrants for him to test whether this high-dimensional fortress is a galaxy miracle, and he can use these Shar people to test it.

When the newborn Shar people are formed, look at the attributes of the first born new Shar people to know whether this warehouse area has the potential for large-scale immigration.

But it will take a long time, even if the Shar people grow much faster than humans, it will take a few years.

Before that, the agricultural area should be developed first.

First of all, he found the list of the first batch of agricultural experts recruited by his subordinates, checked their abilities and skills one by one, and selected an agricultural expert named Niu Wen to become a servant of light, and was promoted to super agricultural in one step. expert.

Farming needs to be professional.

Then, there is planning.

Such a large agricultural area, with a length of 1,000 kilometers and a width of 1,000 kilometers, definitely needs careful planning.

Without a professional designer, Li Qing tried to design by himself.

First, divide the entire agricultural area into one hundred large areas, each of which is 100 kilometers long and wide.

Then plan to build a road with a width of about 100 meters between these large areas. The ground is raised to distinguish it. In addition to being used for traffic, various agricultural facilities can be built on the side of the road. establish.

The 100-kilometer large area is divided into medium-sized areas with a 10-kilometer boundary, and the middle is divided by a 20-meter road.

The medium-sized area of ten kilometers in length and width has not been divided into finer areas for the time being. This will be divided on the spot depending on the planting situation at that time.

Of course, irrigation facilities such as canals are planned in the later stage, and when the time comes to actually plant them, it depends on the plants planted in different regions.

In such a large area, there are 10,000 huge agricultural areas of 10 kilometers by 10 kilometers. Of course, it is impossible to plant all rice, and some other economic crops will also be planted.

In addition, Li Qing selected a large area in the center of the 100-kilometer area. It will not be used for reclamation, but a temporary warehouse area and industrial area will be established there. Some factories relying on food deep processing will be set up here. , Directly re-process the various foods produced.

For example, wheat is made into various grades of noodles, or noodles are processed into various noodles or bread, rice is processed into rice noodles, and so on.

After completing the design and planning of the agricultural area, Li Qing left the agricultural area and came to the animal husbandry area.

Niu Wen, the attuned servant of light, is a super agricultural expert. He knows more than just farming. The servant of light has so many skill slots that he can learn all kinds of related professional knowledge while developing. implement.

The state of the pastoral area at this time is the same as that of the agricultural area. Compared with the agricultural area, which requires various plans, the planning of the pastoral area is simpler.

Also divide one hundred large areas, and then there is no need to divide medium-sized areas, as long as half of the large area is filled with various pastures, and the simple infrastructure is built, you can buy small cowboys, lamb cakes, etc. to put them.

As for the other half of the large area, part of it is divided into indoor poultry breeding area, part of it is planned as fishery area, and part of it is divided into fruit planting area.

Also set up temporary warehouses and various industrial areas in the center for deep processing of various original products.

Similarly, Li Qing selected a stock husbandry expert named Liu Mengyang from among the original stock property experts and turned him into a servant of light to be responsible for this aspect.

The simple division is completed, and the tasks have been laid out. One million robots are divided into two parts, and 500,000 are allocated to work in the agricultural area and the pastoral area. Next, you only need to wait for the infrastructure construction to be completed before you can buy seedlings. .

”Everything is ready, only the east wind is owed!”

Li Qing didn’t care about it later, he came to the eighth floor again.

This floor was originally planned to be an industrial area for consumables and various livelihoods. It was originally planned that all factories would be opened here.

But now there are not so many factories to open, and some of the few factories are opened on the sixth and seventh floors. Now there are only some outdated industrial production lines here, because there are no workers, and they have not been started.

Li Qing thought about it, and simply dismantled these outdated production lines, and re-planned.

The industrial area has not changed, but only half of it remains, and the other half is used for other purposes. He plans to move the clone cultivation base and robot production base from the tenth floor.

The tenth floor is mainly the scientific research area and the army military area.

At this time, the clone cultivation base is still under construction, but several factories in the robot production base are under construction, presided over by Mechanical Core No. 0, which specializes in building that kind of octopus fighting robot.

After the relocation, Li Qing will stop the manufacture of combat robots and switch to the construction of various civilian robots.

Whether the construction of the factory or the future living area will require a large number of construction workers, especially the living area, when the time comes to build a super large urban agglomeration, this will require a large number of construction workers.

There are so many trivial things to build a territory. If you want to be easy, you need more talents.
