Regression - Second Chance At Life

Chapter 259: Failed

Isla goes back to giving all her attention to Adam because right now, no one matters to her more than Adam.

She cuts the food on her plate and continues to feed Adam, who opens his mouth while staring into her eyes, making sure that Isla knows he has her attention.

But what Isla doesn’t know is that Adam’s peripheral vision is amazing; instead of just seeing a blur or a vague shape, Adam can make out an object or a person with extreme detail if he concentrates on it.

While his pupils might be locked with Isla’s right now, his focus is on Julia, who gets up from her chair to pick up the fork that was purposely dropped, which Adam, of course, noticed.

While Isla just passed it off as an accident, Adam saw Julia doing it on purpose, so his attention is on her, wondering what this vixen is planning to do.

As she gets up, Adam manages to get a glimpse of her back, which is completely out in the open for him to look at.

The only thing that her dress covers from the back is her ass, and in Adam’s view, she has one fine piece of ass. There is nothing he would love to see more than them jiggling and rippling while he pounds into her hard.

For now, Adam will have to keep his fantasies to himself, but his fantasies are certainly about to become a reality very soon.

While Isla feeds him, Adam continues to watch Julia’s movements, and what she does next almost makes Adam choke on the food that is just being fed to him.

As Julia bends down, she makes sure not to bend her knees, making her dress rise up and revealing the bare skin that her dress has been hiding all this time.

And what he sees makes his blood rush.

Julia’s bare ass is now exposed to him, but it’s not just her ass. She seems to have purposefully not worn any underwear tonight, so her pussy is out for Adam to view as well.

Seeing her smooth, bare pussy almost causes Adam to spit out his food. Look at her enticing pussy lips. Adam wants nothing more than to put his mouth around them and suck on them.

He literally feels his blood rushing down towards his cock, wanting to stand up straight so that he can get down to business with Julia.

This is, after all, the very first time he has gotten such a clear view of her pussy, and it looks as delicious as he has imagined

’This vixen...’ Adam thinks as he realizes that his bitch of a stepmother wants to get a reaction out of him, maybe even distract his attention from Isla, alerting Isla in the process.

If Isla saw Adam checking out his own stepmother’s cunt, she might start second-guessing their relationship. That’s what Adam thinks Julia planned to do. But whether he is reaching with this theory or not, only Julia will be able to answer him.

But if it is really what Julia planned to do, then she made one massive miscalculation. Adam has already made it very clear to Isla, he will keep pursuing other girls, and that means Julia is on the table as well, since she is not blood-related.

Anyway, whatever Julia’s plan might have been, Adam is not going to give her the satisfaction of feeling like she won something.

While Adam keeps staring at Julia’s pussy through his peripheral vision, imagining many things he wants to do with those beautiful pussy lips, his pupils continue to stay locked in with Isla’s, creating an illusion that Adam didn’t even turn to look at Julia.

Julia picks up the fork and stands up. She turns to look at Adam with a smirk on her face, hoping to see a stunned or dumbfounded face with eyes full of lust directed towards her, but to her disappointment, Adam seems to have all of his focus on Isla.

Disappointment washes over Julia because her attempt at getting Adam’s attention failed miserably. In her eyes, Adam is so engrossed with Isla’s presence that she doesn’t matter at all, and this makes Julia furiously jealous of Isla.

She thought her little stunt would at least get some reaction from Adam, but seeing him look completely oblivious to her actions is a huge blow to her ego.

She especially wore this dress to stand out. She then went further to not wear anything underneath it to make sure that if she gets a chance, she will be able to entice Adam with her goods.

Julia hates how she is feeling right now. She hates that she is not getting Adam’s attention.

She also realizes how hypocritical it is of her to think so.

It’s a problem when Adam gives her his attention, and it’s a problem when he doesn’t? She needs to decide what she really wants.

Well, deep down she knows. She knows how much she craves Adam, but then again, her rationality tries to suppress her desire, her cravings, telling her to find other ways to satisfy or cravings or lose anything she has worked for up till now.

Seeing that Adam has no plan to even look in her direction, she goes back to her seat with a sulky face. Luckily for her, Xu Lin brings her breakfast, which is at least delicious enough to make her forget about the self-embarrassment she just felt.

Adam, of course, is loving the sight of Julia’s face, knowing that his ignoring her blatant attempt to entice him has made her embarrassed, bringing great joy to Adam.

He goes back to enjoying the breakfast, which is being hand-fed to him by Isla, while Julia watches them with envy and jealousy.

Done with breakfast, Adam and Isla get up from their seats.

”Let me drop you off at your place,” Adam says, grabbing Isla’s hand and walking out with her while Julia watches in silence.

As Adam and Isla get into his car, Isla goes silent again.

Now that she has nothing else to do but think about everything that just happened, her mind starts creating scenarios, questioning things, and wondering whether everything that just happened is real or not.

Adam starts driving. A few minutes later, he turns to look at Isla and notices that she is in deep thought.

”Do you want to say something?” He asks.

Isla turns to meet his gaze. Her lips part as she tries to ask him something, but doesn’t know how to say it.

Adam doesn’t push her. He lets her take her time so that she can express herself the way she wants to.

”Were you being serious?” She finally asks what she wanted all this time.

Even though Adam called her his girlfriend right in front of his stepmother, it came out of the blue, catching her by surprise. And as much as it made her happy to hear him call her his girlfriend, it felt unreal.

Especially with Julia being in the room.

Isla is not blind to the people and their reactions around her. She has met thousands of people and interacted with thousands of fans, which has made her sensitive to people and what they might be thinking about her.

Isla noticed how Julia was staring at her. Those gazes of hers were not of curiosity. Julia didn’t look at her like how a stepmother would look at her stepson’s girlfriend. No, Julia was staring at her as if Isla had taken away something of hers that she values deeply.

She also noticed how Julia looked at Adam, which confused Isla. She could see desire in Julia’s eyes, but also hatred.

So she begins to wonder if Adam only called her his girlfriend to get a reaction out of his stepmother. She is also curious about the relationship he has with Julia.

As much as Isla would love to be called Adam’s girlfriend, she wants him to be honest about it. Even though she agreed to Adam’s condition about him having multiple lovers, she didn’t agree to being used as an object for his manipulation.

”About what?” Adam asks in return.

”About me being your girlfriend?” Isla clarifies.

”Why wouldn’t I be serious?” Adam asks in return.

”So you really want me to be your girlfriend?” Isla asks.

”Yes, that’s why I called you my girlfriend,” Adam says, smiling.

Isla’s heart starts beating faster again as the realization of this being real starts to settle in.

”But why?” Isla asks. She knows she is not the first woman that Adam brought home with him, and she is also not the first woman whom he probably fucked into a mess. She is also not the only woman who is head over heels for him. So why her? What makes her so special for Adam to make her his girlfriend?

”Because you are you. You loved me the moment you looked at me. You didn’t care who I was, where I was from, or what I did. You didn’t know if I was rich or poor. You just wanted to be with me because you felt like it. You know how rare it is for me to find a woman like you?” Adam says while Isla silently listens.

”I have a lot of women in my life, most of them are either with me for my looks or for my money. You, on the other hand, are different. I see the way you look at me with those beautiful eyes of yours. I would be a fool not to lock you up all for myself,” Adam says, and he is not lying about it.

Sure, he is being a little manipulative with his actions, but what he is saying to Isla is very real. She is one of the very few women who loves him for who he is and not what he is.

Isla bursts into a smile as she feels the happiest she has ever felt.
