Reincarnated as a Mosquito, I Sucked the Reborn Empress to Tears

”Immortal Venerable, how long until we reach the Spirit Realm?”

After entering the spatial channel, Chu Sheng watched the distorted streams of light rapidly flowing past.

He then immersed his consciousness into the Primordial Grotto Heaven and asked casually.

”One month.”

Immortal Venerable Shi Xi sat amidst the Flower Sea in front of the Witch Race Divine Hall.

She replied calmly.

The last time he went to Planet Nibogen, Chu Sheng had spent over a month inside the spatial channel.

Doing it again now, he was used to it.

Since he had nothing better to do, Chu Sheng opened his system panel with a thought.

[Host: Chu Sheng]

[Race: Innate Holy Mosquito]

[Lifespan: 10,000 years]

[Bloodline: Spirit Beast Lower-Grade]

[Divine Blood: 100 (Divinity Transformation First Layer)]

[Divine Soul: 100 (Divinity Transformation First Layer)]

[Divine Essence: 35 points]

[Special Space: Divine Country (Embryonic)]

[Power of Faith: 60,000,000]

[Six-winged Black Mosquito Daoist—Bloodline Power Collection Progress: 11% (Next Bloodline fusion and evolution available at 15%)]

Looking at the completely unfamiliar stats panel, Chu Sheng was a bit baffled.

”System, how did my Bloodline become Spirit Beast?”

”Wasn’t it always tied to my Realm before?”

[The Host’s previous Bloodline could only be considered mortal-grade in the face of a true Spirit Beast.]

[Linking it to your Realm was merely for the Host’s convenience in understanding your own status.]

[Now that you’ve reached the Spirit Realm, it naturally must be switched to the Spirit Realm’s standard classification.]

”Are you telling me that even though this Lord Mosquito cut down anyone in my path, be they god or buddha,”

”I’d be considered a High-Level Martial Artist at best in the Spirit Realm?”

Chu Sheng found this hard to believe.

[The Host can understand it as such.]

The system twisted the knife without a shred of mercy.

”Then what’s above the Spirit Beast Level?” Chu Sheng quickly asked.

[Divine Beast.]

”That’s not too bad.”

Chu Sheng nodded in satisfaction.

”Then what are these Divine Blood, Divine Soul, and Divine Essence supposed to mean?”

[Divine Blood evolved from your previous Qi Blood Value.]

[Divine Soul evolved from your previous Soul Power.]

[Divine Essence is what used to be Evolution Points. It’s used to upgrade Skills and break through Realms.]

”Hold on, System.”

Chu Sheng’s compound eyes widened.

”How did my 3.5 billion Evolution Points turn into just 35 points?”

[It’s the condensed version that’s the essence.]

”...”

Chu Sheng was speechless.

’So all those billions of Evolution Points I worked so hard to save up just shrank by a hundred million times in an instant!!!’

”Fine. Then what does this Divinity Transformation First Layer mean?”

”Since I ascended from the Emperor Realm, shouldn’t I be in the Early Stage of the Pseudo-Divine Realm?”

[The Spirit Realm’s ranking system differs from Blue Star’s.]

[Blue Star’s First to Ninth Grades correspond to the Spirit Realm’s nine layers of Body Refining.]

[The Spirit Awakening Realm corresponds to the King Realm.]

[The Soul Refining Realm corresponds to the Sovereign Realm.]

[The Profound Understanding Realm corresponds to the Emperor Realm.]

[The Divinity Transformation Realm corresponds to the Pseudo-Divine Realm.]

[The Void Refinement Realm corresponds to the Refining God Realm.]

[The Integration Realm corresponds to the Quasi-God Realm.]

[Further up, the True God Realm and Celestial God Realm are the same in both Blue Star and the Spirit Realm.]

[Starting from the Divinity Transformation Realm, each Grand Realm is divided into nine layers.]

After hearing the system’s explanation, Chu Sheng suddenly recalled two things.

One was something Immortal Venerable Shi Xi had once said.

The old ranking system started with the nine layers of Body Refining, followed by the Spirit Awakening Realm.

During the Divine Revelation Era, reaching the Spirit Awakening Realm was considered just the beginning of one’s Cultivation.

The second thing was from when Gu Yuexi had been captured by people from the Spirit Realm.

The leader, a woman in golden attire, had been shocked that Gu Yuexi hadn’t even reached the Profound Understanding Realm.

So, the Profound Understanding Realm was equivalent to the Emperor Realm.

”How do I upgrade the Divine Country?” Chu Sheng continued to ask.

[You can expend Power of Faith to upgrade and modify the Divine Country.]

[Since the Host already possesses the Primordial Grotto Heaven, you may also merge the Primordial Grotto Heaven with the Divine Country.]

[After the merger, the Host can use Power of Faith to upgrade and modify the brand-new, combined space.]

Chu Sheng thought about it for a moment.

He decided not to merge the Primordial Grotto Heaven and the Divine Country for the time being.

It wouldn’t be too late to decide after he learned more about the abilities of a Divine Country.

There was no rush.

He continued to read down the panel.

[Current Law/Emperor Domain/Divine Domain Comprehension:]

[Five Elements Divine Domain: 1%]

[Destruction Emperor Domain: 40%]

[Thunder Emperor Domain: 29%]

[Time Emperor Domain: 8%]

[Curse Law: 920,000/1,000,000 (Ninety Percent)]

[Space Law: 550,000/1,000,000 (Fifty Percent)]

[Law of Life: 330,000/1,000,000 (Thirty Percent)]

Chu Sheng had killed 250 Ancient Gods of various Divine Domains, absorbing a great deal of their Power of Law.

’It’s only natural that my Comprehension has shot up!’

”System, what are the conditions for the fourteenth complete evolution?”

[The fourteenth complete evolution requires reaching 1,000 Divine Blood and 1,000 Divine Soul, consuming 100 points of Divine Essence, and having two Laws reach the Divine Domain Level.]

Chu Sheng nodded.

’Those conditions don’t sound difficult at all.’

Next, he looked at his Skills panel.

[Current Leveled Skills:]

[God-devouring Needle: MAX, Chaos Nest: MAX, Chaos True Sight: MAX, Silent Extinction Flame Feather: MAX, Five Elements Sacred Armor: MAX, Ancient Calming God Spell: MAX, Ten Thousand Insect Clone: MAX, Outer Body Avatar: Level 50]

Aside from Outer Body Avatar, which was capped at Level 50 due to his Realm’s limitations, Chu Sheng had raised all his other skills to their full level before the war against the gods.

However, unlike his Origin’s Might, none of these skills had been promoted into more powerful versions.

He figured they would probably only change after his next evolution or if he encountered some other fortuitous opportunity.

[Current No-Level Skills:]

[Form Transformation, Primordial Grotto Heaven, Amaterasua’s Eye, Boundless Wings, Celestial Thunder Illusion, Nine Tribulations Thunder Prison, Realm-Breaking Claw, Five Elements Technique, Time Reincarnation, Silent Extinction Nether Flame, Blood Shadow Clone, Time Stasis, Formless Myriad Phenomena, Heaven-Deceiving Star Shifting Technique, Witch God’s Fury, Phase Shift Universe]

[Current Special Abilities:]

[Aura of the Mosquito Daoist, Ancestral Will]

Although he hadn’t gained any new skills, the power of his existing ones had increased dramatically along with his own strength.

Finally, Chu Sheng looked at the Chaos Nest’s stats.

[Current Essence of Origin: 0]

[Insect Beast Capacity: 100,000,000]

[Special Ability: Can use Essence of Origin to create copies of Insect Beasts already stored in the Nest.]

[Current Insect Beasts: None.]

Life Essence had been upgraded into Essence of Origin.

During the final battle, to prevent the Ancient Gods from the Divine Domains from taking desperate measures, Chu Sheng had used up all his Life Essence and Insect Beasts.

Now, the Nest had a capacity of one hundred million, but it was completely empty.

However, Chu Sheng wasn’t worried.

The Spiritual Qi in the Spirit Realm was far more abundant.

There were bound to be many more powerful spirit insects waiting for him to capture.

When that time came, his Chaos Nest would grow strong once more.

After reviewing the system panel, Chu Sheng took stock of his items to see what might be useful in the Spirit Realm.

First was his Silent Annihilation Battle Armor.

It was still his go-to piece of combat equipment.

Second were the twelve Ancestral Witch Statues.

With Chu Sheng’s current strength at the Divinity Transformation First Layer, he could summon the twelve Ancestral Witch Statues and use [Witch God’s Fury].

Instantly killing beings on the level of Odin or Zeus would be no problem at all.

Finally, he had 283 motes of divinity.

Only powerhouses at the Divine Realm or above would leave behind divinity upon death.

When others absorbed it, their strength would increase considerably.

But when Chu Sheng absorbed it, he could directly increase his Divine Blood, Divine Soul, and Divine Essence stats.

Beyond all that, there was the vast collection of treasures plundered from the Four Great Divine Domains and the Ancient Gods.

All sorts of Heavenly and Earthly Treasures, Divine Artifacts, and Magical Treasures—he had them all.

They were piled up into ten massive mountains inside his Primordial Grotto Heaven.

He still had a month before reaching the Spirit Realm.

Chu Sheng decided to absorb the divinity first to boost his stats.

After all, he had nothing better to do.

Just then, Immortal Venerable Shi Xi suddenly appeared before Chu Sheng with a grave expression.

Her usual calm had vanished.

”Something has happened to Gu Yuexi.”
