Shut Up, Malevolent Dragon! I Don’t Want to Have Any More Children With You

Vol. 2 Chapter 100

With the successful completion of Operation Kiss 2.0, the only thing left for the dragon sisters to do was wait for their mother’s belly to start growing.

It was a long process, but the little dragon girls werenʼt in a rush. They knew these things took time.

For the next few days, Noa and Moon didn’t come up with any new schemes, and with nothing exciting happening, Aurora found herself a little bored.

As someone born with the ”soul of mischief,” Aurora found it unbearable to go too long without some fun.

She even considered sneaking up on her dad and throwing a classic uppercut his way, just to shake things up.

But her eldest sister, Noa, had warned her that their father was still in a weakened state and it would be best to wait until he was feeling better.

With no choice but to wait, Aurora sighed and dropped her plan.

That morning, Aurora wandered aimlessly around the Silver Dragon Sanctuary, looking for something to do. When she entered the main hall, she saw her mother, Rosvisser, discussing something with a few maids in front of the throne.

Curious, Aurora blinked her bright eyes and walked over to join them.

“We need to expand the throne a bit,” Rosvisser was saying. “Right now, there’s barely enough room for two people to sit comfortably, and if I want to lean back and relax, it’s too cramped.”

Anna, one of the maids, nodded. “Understood, Your Majesty. I’ll contact the craftsmen immediately and have them redesign the throne.”

Rosvisser nodded. “Good. And make sure it’s done quickly.”

Anna hesitated. “Quickly? Your Majesty... is there some urgency?”

The Queen’s face turned bright red as she quickly averted her eyes. “No, no urgency! I just... thought it would be a nice surprise for the clan members when they return to see the Sanctuary fully rebuilt.”

Anna seemed to understand. “Ah, I see. Of course, Your Majesty. I’ll take care of it right away.”

“Good. Get to it.”

Anna bowed respectfully and left the hall. Rosvisser let out a quiet sigh of relief, but then she felt a slight tug on her skirt.

Looking down, she saw her little Aurora staring up at her with curious eyes. A warm smile spread across the Queen’s face as she bent down to pick her daughter up.

“What is it, sweetie? Do you need something from Mommy?” Rosvisser asked, holding her daughter close.

“Mommy, are you remodeling the throne?” Aurora asked.

“Yes, that’s right. It’s been a long time since we updated it, so I thought now would be a good time.”

As she spoke, Rosvisser settled onto the throne with Aurora in her lap, gently bouncing her daughter as they both looked out at the vast, empty hall.

Aurora’s expression turned thoughtful, and after a moment, she asked, “Mommy, don’t you think our Silver Dragon clan is a bit... small compared to the other clans?”

Rosvisser’s silver eyes flickered slightly, her heart skipping a beat.

Even little Aurora had noticed...

It was true—the constant wars had drastically reduced the population of the Silver Dragon clan. Dragonkind, in general, followed a philosophy of “quality over quantity,” nurturing fewer but more powerful warriors.

But when war broke out more often than their population could sustain, it became difficult for the dragons to recover as quickly as other races.

In the worst-case scenarios, Dragon Kings would sometimes be forced to disband their clans, scattering their people to ensure the survival of their species.

If Leon hadn’t returned in time, Rosvisser feared she might have had to issue such a disbandment order, and even if she had tried to call them back, there wouldn’t have been many left to answer.

Aurora had unwittingly reminded Rosvisser of the gravity of the situation. As the Queen of the Silver Dragons, it was her responsibility to address their dwindling numbers.

“Yes, there aren’t many of us left... but don’t worry. Mommy will take care of it,” Rosvisser said, stroking Aurora’s hair.

“How are you going to do that, Mommy?” Aurora asked, tilting her head.

“Um...” Rosvisser hesitated.

It wasn’t an easy problem to solve.

Dragons could reproduce asexually through a method called “cocoon birth,” which didn’t require a partner or months of pregnancy.

However, the downside was that creating a dragon cocoon drained the dragon’s energy, leaving them in a severely weakened state—something that could prove dangerous if enemies took advantage of their vulnerability.

The Silver Dragons were still recovering from the recent wars, and with Leon currently in a depleted state, it would be risky for Rosvisser to put herself in such a weakened position. If any enemies caught wind of it...

“It’s a bit complicated, sweetie. But if you’re interested in learning about how a clan develops, I’ll teach you when you’re older. Does that sound good?” Rosvisser offered.

Aurora’s eyes lit up. “Yes! Thank you, Mommy!”

Smiling, Rosvisser kissed her daughter’s nose before setting her down. “Now go play with your sisters, okay? Mommy has some work to finish.”

“Okay, Mommy!” Aurora chirped and ran off.

After she was gone, Rosvisser leaned back on the throne, her gaze drifting across the vast, empty hall. Her beautiful face was tinged with worry.

*How can I boost the population quickly?* she thought to herself, absentmindedly brushing her hand over her stomach.

Suddenly, she sat bolt upright, a mischievous smile slowly spreading across her face.

“I’ve got it!” she whispered to herself.

...

A few days later, in the evening, Rosvisser approached Leon with a serious look on her face, claiming she had something important to discuss.

Leon was sitting in her study, flipping through ancient books. “What’s going on? You’re being awfully secretive.”

“My Silver Dragon clan needs to expand its population,” Rosvisser said, getting straight to the point.

Leon paused, setting his book down and looking at her. “So what? You want me to take down a few Dragon Kings for you or something? If you need me to help with population growth strategies, I’m afraid that’s out of my league.”

“Who says you can’t help?” Rosvisser said confidently.

“And how exactly am I supposed to help you?” Leon asked. “I don’t know the first thing about managing a clan. Wait... expanding the population...”

Leon’s mind raced as he thought over her words.

*Wait a second... she’s not suggesting...*

“You’re not talking about having a third child, are you?” Leon asked cautiously.

Rosvisser blinked in surprise, but instead of answering, she turned the question back on him. “Why? Do you want another one?”

“What? No way! I’ve already had three kids with you, and that’s more than enough! There’s no way I’m having a third!” Leon declared firmly.

His voice rang out with finality as he made his position clear.

“I, Leon, would rather die than have another child with you!”

Rosvisser smirked, crossing her arms and tilting her head slightly. “You say that, but it’s not really your decision to make, is it? It’s mine.”

Leon blinked, confused. “What do you mean?”

“The power to prevent pregnancy lies with me, not you,” Rosvisser said, casually admiring her fingers in the study’s soft lighting. “Which means whether I get pregnant or not depends on whether I choose to use the blocking spell after we... you know.”

Leon’s mind whirred as he remembered how Aurora had been conceived.

Rosvisser hadn’t used the spell after their encounter during the “Blood Seduction” incident, which led to her getting pregnant with Aurora.

So technically, she wasn’t wrong—the choice was hers.

“Okay, fine, but that doesn’t mean you can control me. I’m not some puppet that dances to your tune!” Leon shot back.

Rosvisser raised an eyebrow, her smile turning mischievous. “Oh? So you’re saying you’ll never touch me again? Is that it?”

“...”

“You’re telling me you won’t ever let me ignite your dragon marks again?”

“...”

“You’re saying you don’t want to kiss my ankles and knees anymore?”

“Enough...”

“And what about the bunny outfit? You’re saying you don’t want to see me in that ever again?”

Leon slammed his hand on the desk. “Alright, Melkevie! You don’t need to threaten me with our... private moments! I’m not the type to sell my soul for a little physical pleasure!”

Rosvisser laughed softly as she walked toward him, slipping off her shoes to reveal her pale, delicate feet. Her bare skin glided across the wooden floor silently as she approached.

She stopped in front of him, leaning over with a playful glint in her eyes. “You’re really not that type of man?”

“I... am that type of man.”

Leon quickly gave in, unable to resist the allure of the woman standing before him.

*After all, who could refuse the sight of Rosvisser in a bunny outfit?*

Rosvisser smiled, gently pinching his cheek. “Okay, enough teasing.”

Leon straightened up, sensing that she had something serious to discuss. “So how can I help with increasing the Silver Dragon population?”

“Promotion.”

“Promotion?”

Rosvisser patted Leon’s shoulder with a grin. “Yes, Casmode. You and I together are the best promotion there is.”
