251 Chapter 251 : Full Five-Star Deck 2026-09-30

104: Promoted to [Platinum 1]”please teach!”

Red Blade Maiden’s dialogue was as humble as ever, and her appearance had further upgraded.

In addition to the Red Blade she held, she also had another blade tucked at her waist.

Her red attire seemed to possess vitality, appearing even more vibrant.

First, let’s see what changes have occurred to the existing entries.

First was the increase in Abundant, which was present at 60% completion.

”Abundant - Passive”: Red Blade Maiden’s maximum HP + 20 → 30

Secondly, to Shi Li’s surprise, Crimson Blaze also received a boost.

”Crimson Blaze - 50 → 40 HP”: Red Blade Maiden attacks 1 target, dealing → causing an additional 20% of the target’s maximum HP as Fixed Damage (T4).

”Amazing, it even reduced the energy consumption.”

Previously, with 50 consumption, a regular card could be used 2 times before it was gone, and an ace card 4 times.

Although the consumption only decreased by 10 points now, these 10 points were indeed precious.

A regular card could be used 3 times before it was gone, and an ace card 5 times.

As for the entry details, it changed from ”dealing” to ”causing an additional”.

Shi Li roughly understood the meaning but still ran a simulated card game to test it out.

”As I thought, the entire skill has become Fixed Damage.”

The original mode of Crimson Blaze was a normal attack + percentage HP damage (Fixed Damage).

Now it has become a normal attack (Fixed Damage) + percentage HP damage (Fixed Damage), which can be said to have further increased its power.

To put it simply, even in a regular PVP card game, Crimson Blaze can be directly used as a Defense-breaking skill that ignores Defense.

In addition, Red Blade Maiden also gained 1 new entry.

”Vast - 20 HP”: Red Blade Maiden attacks 1 target, dealing 20% of her own maximum HP as damage (T4).

”Comfortable.”

Upon seeing this entry, Shi Li was overjoyed.

He had brought out the skill entries from the simulation mission again.

If Crimson Blaze targeted high HP targets, leaning towards PVE.

Then Vast targeted low HP targets, leaning towards PVP.

Its energy consumption was lower, yet the damage it dealt to hundred-HP cards was no less than Crimson Blaze.

However, the benefit could only be maximized when Red Blade Maiden served as an ace card.

Because if it was just a regular card, it would be 20 HP for 20 points of increased damage, which was unremarkable.

If she served as an ace card, it would be 20 HP for 40 points of increased damage, a huge profit.

Aside from not having Fixed Damage, the effect was equivalent to Crimson Blaze, and the consumption was drastically reduced.

It was absolutely invincible in an ace card duel.

In fact, it was also very useful for clearing mobs in PVE, because there were many buffs in the simulation mission that increased maximum HP, which could further enhance the power of Vast.

When fighting the Horned Dragon Statue before, Shi Li relied on Vast + various buffs.

One hit could deal one or two hundred points of damage, easily killing miscellaneous cards.

”I guess this entry can also be strengthened into Fixed Damage, but that’s for later.”

He put away the character card and continued to look at the acquired hand cards.

First, the Star Ascension from two to three stars was indeed a three-star simulation mission, and perhaps because it was a unique character’s Star Ascension, the rewards were quite generous.

100% completion actually gave 3 LV2 hand cards.

One of them was LV2 Healing with a Healing amount of 40 points, so Shi Li now had 2 of them.

Then there was also LV2 Healing, the only difference between it and LV2 Healing was that one took effect in T1 and the other in T5.

Another card was Recovery, which he had seen in the general examination, but that one was LV1, and this one was LV2.

”LV2 Recovery”: Makes 1 card Recovery 20 HP for 3 consecutive turns (T1).

It had 1 more turn than LV1.

”The Healing amount of this hand card is too great, equivalent to 2 LV1 Healing cards.

No wonder they often say that high-tier card players can overwhelm low-tier card players just by using hand cards.”

Shi Li looked at the card face, a little emotional.

All 3 hand cards were Recovery-type hand cards, which were very much needed by Rage System character cards, which was very reasonable.

After the hand cards, there were also item cards.

”Embrace of Rampage”: When holding this card, it can make 1 card gain 10 Healing per turn in Rampage Trial (bound).

”This item card is a bit powerful. If Red Blade Maiden is combined with Embrace of Rampage and Unceasing, she can recover 20 HP per turn, and using Vast won’t even consume HP.

However...”

Shi Li showed a bitter smile.

However, he hadn’t even achieved Rage System resonance yet, so where would Rampage Trial come from?

The good news was, just as he thought.

After completing Red Blade Maiden’s Star Ascension mission, his resonance degree increased again.

”Rampage”: 60% → 80%

”It’s not far now, I feel like I’m just one step away from reaching 100%.”

Looking at his panel, Shi Li felt a little anticipation.

Perhaps when Vast is also strengthened into Fixed Damage, he might be able to achieve it.

But the price of a three-star ”Strengthening Mission” was unimaginable to him.

After all, the Platinum tier was the backbone with the most card players, and the demand was huge.

Conservatively estimated, a ”Strengthening Mission” suitable for his situation might cost 8 ~ 10W cubic coins.

And the difficulty of the mission would certainly be higher than the previous two-star mission, even if it was also about changing a skill to Fixed Damage.

Because at that time, Red Blade Maiden was still two-star, but now she was three-star.

”Finally, let’s see what this thing is.”

Shi Li picked up the final reward of this Star Ascension mission.

”Crimson Trial · Extreme”: Can be used after Red Blade Maiden reaches four stars and completes Crimson Trial · True.

”...”

The conditions were getting stricter and stricter.

”But it did remind me, I can do Crimson Trial · True now, right?”

After previous data inquiries, he knew this was also a simulated mission token card.

And it was a token card specifically for Red Blade Maiden, so the final reward would most likely be her exclusive innate hand card.

Bai Jiajia’s innate hand card was undoubtedly enviable.

Damage doubled at the start, that was a very powerful bonus.

”I wonder what effect Red Blade Maiden’s innate hand card will have.”

Shi Li couldn’t help but click to use it.

Sure enough, just like doing a simulated mission, a few lines of text popped up.

”This mission is named: Crimson Trial · True.”

”Lin, exploring the Horned Dragon Secret Realm, defeated the obstructing Horned Dragon Statue and successfully brought the little boy back to the nearest town.”

”Just as she was preparing to re-enter the secret realm to continue her exploration, she encountered a mysterious person completely wrapped in a red cloak.”

”Lin felt that the other party was somewhat special.”

”Please help her make a choice.”

”A. Ignore the other party; B. Attack the other party; C. Strike up a conversation.”

”Why isn’t it displaying option details this time?”

Shi Li knew that some plot options would not provide a preview.

These types of options would not immediately yield benefits regardless of which one was chosen; they merely represented which branch line you selected.

”Then let’s choose A first.”

With a try-it-and-see attitude, he casually chose one first.

New text popped up.

”Lin ignored the other party and walked past...”

”Nothing happened.”

”This mission ends.”

”Damn it.”
